When you said cougars, I thought you meant older women who go for younger men but the orca thing threw me. Then I read the headline, and remembered that Russ is so petty he holds grudges against other species.

it would be nearly impossible, given that there's no passable road across the Parc Nacional del Darién on the Panama/Colombia border, and no ferries across the Caribbean from central or north America; the only way across apart from flying would be to charter a private boat, and that's way beyond his skill level

Okay. This isn't surprising, but obviously, Swift's lawyers (if they are Swift's lawyers) were on the case, and nearly instantly responded to a 91 page shit-ton of insanity from slurpdwarf (that I have not even looked at) by pointing out the obvious fact that he never served the defendant, as we told him.

And no, you can't just serve random lawyers who once represented someone with a complaint. Unless they're registered agents, or have agreed to accept service, you just served NOBODY you slurping, drooling defective.

That and the part where Russ reveals Null is a broke ass out of work bum who is too poor for anyone to take legal action against.

He should have his head examined, in the traditional meaning of the phrase, in that he needs a therapist. But first you have to admit you have a problem, so I doubt that will happen.
 
The thing that really makes me chuckle;

Russ attempting to make a claim for future lost earnings he states he would have received working as a talented paralegal as part of a legal action which reveals he has no talent or skill and thus had no future as a legal professional regardless.
 
Service is one of the first things you learn about in Civ Pro. You know, that thing they teach to freshmen in law school.

But you don’t even have to go to law school to read the Federal Rules which quite clearly state the few cases you could serve someone other than the defendant (hint: a random law firm that may or may not represent defendant isn’t one of them).

I’m reading his motion now and I’m struggling to not share it with people. I mean, all his filings are insane but this... he cites Cosmopolitan magazine as an authority of federal law and admits into evidence an exhibit that is a screenshot of Taylor Swift’s instagram bio which reads “the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now.”

ETA: I’m still reading this and I am frothing with jealousy over the associate whose lap this motion fell into.

This thing 100% made the rounds at both law firms for a little Friday afternoon levity.
