The guy is definately a dwarf or midget or some kind, his head barely comes above the roof of the car he is standing next to.

I've heard people with severe mental disabilities sometimes now have their growth deliberately stunted to make them easier to manage. Is that a possibility here? Seems odd he'd be profoundly autistic and a dwarf.

Some people decide it's better to have a happy, dumb, easy to control retard, rather than one who is capable of understanding that they are retarded and becoming increasingly frustrated and depressed by the fact.

I don't think that is the case here though. Taz seems to realise there is something wrong with him, and has reached his personal growth limits years ago.

You know the funny thing; I was going to suggest that something like that be done before this thread devolved into no-effort Notice Me Sempai art shit like the Pooh's Adventure thread mutated into as I caught up to the flood.

As for Erik; he's unfortunate in that he is just functional enough to be online. He really shouldn't be given what he's doing with his time on here, but hey, better here than say with other children given his mental and emotional age. I can genuinely see him getting charged with sexual abuse of a minor if he isn't watched by a handler.

He's so profoundly retarded it's kind of hard to establish how intentional anything he does is, to me. I think he could be dangerous without oversight if he acted on biological urges he probably has, but it wouldn't be with any real understanding of what he was doing or intent to harm.
