I legitimately wonder if these images are his sort of mouth piece, I'm very curious. He commonly says he's been doing it since he was four, yet the characters he uses are either under that age or not much beyond that age.

But these memes are actually really funny, I think somebody should start a thread on just memes like that, it's really funny.

A lot of kids don't have much of a sense of time...you often get kids as old as 12 and 13 referring to themselves just a few months prior being "so cringe" and how they're so much more grown up now, so this doesn't really surprise me.
 
So getting back on that topic about something shitting the shape of something that rhymes with it, like dragons make chocolate wagons, then...

Traditionally it's "door hinge," although if you want someone capable of defecation, you could duplicate the rhyme and go for historical fiction about William of Orange.
