The basic gist of a clone is that they have some differences from a playable character but those minor changes aren't enough to change the fact that they are basically just another character. Was he? I swear he had some moves that were different from Mario.![]()
The writer of the email expressed “displeasure over the Super Smash Bros. kiosks being removed from the store,” according to Tweeter and Twitch streamer Mitsu, who claimed to have knowledge of the case.
“It’s not a joke,” Mitsu wrote. “I’m not keen on jokes about serious threats.”
An NYPD spokeswoman confirmed that workers at the store found the threatening email Saturday morning, but the email was written back in April.
Cops are investigating, although, since nothing has exploded over the last two months, it’s not believed the gamer will make good on his threat, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case said.
A manager at Nintendo World NYC declined to comment about the threat.
“I have nothing further to add,” she said.
What a faggot lmaoHere is some sort of interesting somewhat related news.

either that or the toning down of snakes ass and Samus's tiddiesO_O
What's your guess?
I bet it's over Purple Luigi.
TBC is a cursed image, checked the thread for it and of course it was on page 1. I would love a "where are they now?" follow-up on these clowns.
People have wanted Waluigi genuinely, but you're correct in stating there's not much to work with. Even as an assist trophy, all he can do is swing a tennis racket around because unlike Daisy, who actually got in, Waluigi has a completely different body shape than any other character so they can't just repurpose another character's animations--and there's not much to go on other than his sports appearances.I honestly don't understand why so many people are sad Waluigi is not a playable character in Smash. People were okay with him as an assist trophy but NOW all of a sudden, he NEEDS to be a playable character? He doesn't really have a background to work with in order for him to have any type of ability or moveset. Every character in the game has something Sakurai and the gang can work with. The newest addition, Inklings, have something they can work with and that's the weapons from Splatoon and abilities Inklings can do in the game. Same goes for Ridley. I never played Metroid but i'm sure they made his moveset based on the boss fights in the game.
To be honest, Waluigi would have a pretty lackluster moveset and possibly one of the most boring characters to play. He's in spin-off games, similar to Daisy. He wouldn't even be close to be an echo character for Wario and hell, Wario himself has more of a backstory and character then Waluigi himself. He'd only be used just for meme-status and people being ironic with him.

Technically, he actually did do that in two gamesProject M, the modded Smash Brothers that was popular for a while before getting a C&D, had Waluigi with a unique moveset. And guess what? All of them were just in-jokes or memes that had nothing to do with his appearances in the game, like an attack where he just says "Wah" really loud or another where he dances and swims in the air.
> clone characters are a thing now
Lol what. Clones have existed since the original smash on N64.

I'm kind of amazed at the amount of elitism the FGC has over something as trivial as fighting games.Something to note about this bomb threat was that these kiosks were removed in March and the email was sent in April.
Anyways back to community.
One of "the best" players in the FGC, Sonic Fox said he'd outplace every smash player in the scene, which resulted the actual best Smash 4 Player right now to retaliate

(Poster opinion: Sonic fox is actually a huge fucking cow that I'm surprised he doesn't have a thread yet, and also pretty much will google himself in more ways than one and find anyone to yell at. Also, Caps Locks way too often to show he's angry or something.)
This caused lots of people on both sides to just meltdown. You have people on the Smash side genuinely not liking Sonicfox because he's a scrub (this has been said by a Japanese DragonBall FighterZ player who beat him 10-4 and beat him in a tournament after knowing exactly what he does) and then people on the FGC side acting like it's "a smelly baby trying to pick a fight with a pitbull" as if the FGC hasn't done that before
It's amazing how two people who play games at a high level can be suddenly at each others throats.
Thankfully this will be resolved in a first to ten upon release.
You thought the bomb threat was bad? Turns out Waluigi fans are straight up spamming Sakurai's twitter now.
