TBH, Phil is close to being ban proof for twitch but it does appear the site's patience is wearing thin with him. His first ban is a example of this

What response were you expecting to get? Phil to entertain the subject and then promote you to a TKOH forum celebrity ? It's a bullshit ban, absolutely, but the dude has been doing this for years so you can't act upset over or surprised at it. Most people's reaction to his bans is, "well no shit." Everyone knows they're bullshit bans but everyone knows they're coming when a random person makes a "controversial" post on his forums.
 
Does anyone know which prestream Snort's video about the "never again dress drama" is from?

As this is Phil's new goal in life I'm going to make a "DSP tries it: never addressing drama again" thread where we can share positivity and help Phil to achieve his goal. I aim to start with like 100 points and deduct points from him every time he addresses drama.

The issue with Phil doing a fighting only streaming channel is that his ego would get in the way. Phil knows if he makes a fighting game only channel he will be the laughing stock of the FGC as he knows (pretends to not to) that he sucks on a pro level and that people will come to his channel to laugh at him. Plus, some of his cash pigs would leave if he did nothing but play fighting games. On top of that, the saturation of Phil sucking at fighting games could get boring, but if he took one day just for fighting games then he will be able to attract more people without alienating his piglets from other games they might enjoy. A genre specific streaming channel only works if the streamer is a pro at it, the streamer is genuinely entertaining, or famous. Unfortunately, Phil is neither of these things, thus he would fail. Phil has and always will be a lolcow, infamous enough to be known about but never to the point that everyone will know about him.

But I never did. Belive it or not when there was someone there with that status, they never stepped over the line. I never saw anyone like that get moderated at all. And you don't see what moderator does what. We used to have the option to see what moderator did what as a modrator. But even that was taken away after they upgraded twitch.
I didn't get a single strike on twitch of any kind. And I was only banned from King of pols channel. I just got banned with no warning in advance what so ever.

The points system on DSP's forums is only used for the Good Ol' Boys Club. Anyone not part of that club is subject to a one-strike-and-you're-out policy.

If he gives $100+ regulare, every stream, and buys all his shirts, he will get a seat at the table, but he needs to learn SF and watch out with speaking out of lines a little to often.
 
The pointsystem doesn't matter at all. Sometimes one point is banned indefinentely, and other times it is not even a timeout. There where supposed to be this 3 strikes your out system but when you can just turn around in the door and create a new account the second you got banned. What is the point? I had several of those points. But they had no effect on me.
