I wonder if his parents pay him to stay away. If he loses his place, would there be community pressure for the parents to take him back into their home?

Come to think of it he doesn't speak of his family much anymore. I think being told his sister was getting married and that he wasn't invited also featured his father telling him that the family had completely disowned him.

Russhole's crazy lolsuits will never get more than dismissals for failure to state a cause of action, for lack of personal jurisdiction, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, for just being a bugfuck nuthole, etc. He will never get a jury trial. He will never get to pretend to be a gimp-faced Phoenix Wright and yell "J'accuse" while pointing at some celebrity. He will never get more than declared a vexatious litigant.
 
I don’t carry a prestigious legal certificate like Shitlips, but common sense tells me if you’re taking to lawyers in TN, or anywhere for that matter, you probably shouldn’t be posting about it on Facebook. Most attorneys with clients about to file lawsuits request (demand?) for their social media to be deactivated. Can you imagine if someone told Russell he had to quit Facebook for any period of time?

IIRC we didn't get any concrete information outside of the fact that cRusty's family held off on telling him about his sister's engagement. This isn't surprising considering how he's reacted to other people's engagement announcements.

There was speculation that he was being told not to be a creep at the reception, or that he couldn't even go to that. Keep in mind that he wouldn't be allowed to attend the ceremony, or even enter the temple due to being excommunicated. If anyone wants to refresh their memory just head back to page 561. If not, at least keep this in mind:

Hahaha, wait till he tells the lawyers he can Venmo them a dollar for their fees.

While I doubt he has spoken to any actual lawyer, any schmuck will entertain representing you until they discover you can’t cover their retainer fee, or even 5% of their retainer.

Lawyers in civil cases are hired guns, but you actually have to have real money to hire them. Hookers are dirt cheap compared to lawyers.

Oh, I think it's totally possible he's called lawyers in Tennessee and tried to talk to them. Not so sure if said lawyers or their staff could understand Russhole's mush-mouth over the phone. But actually getting one to take his case? I doubt it. Only way I could see a lawyer being willing to represent Strokey the Snowflake in any cause of action is if they were paid a huge amount of money up front and they're basically just fleecing a moron client. There's no way anyone with an actual law degree would think Russhole has a case here, but if they're scummy they might be willing to humor him IF it means easy money.

Oh I agree. I don't doubt he tries to contact lawyers frequently, but he's trying to give the impression that he's got at least one lawyer who is willing to take his case, which is utter lunacy. No lawyer, not even the lowliest sheister hack lawyer, is going to accept his case because it would be damaging to their reputation. Lawyers tend to take cases that they feel has at least SOME chance of being successful. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can see Dildo Saggins has no chance of success.

Didn’t he just go on a rant about losing his job? We know he’s been job hunting, and the rant made it clear that the search wasn’t for an upgrade, just for the basics.

Maybe I read it wrong? Too hard to search on mobile so if I remember, I’ll check it out tomorrow and see if I read it the same way.

Something about being fired during a 90 day probationary period. I guess I can't be sure because the way he harbors grudges about things means I can never tell if he's REEEing about something that happened yesterday or years ago.

Either way who knows if he got some other crappy job. His spending habits are fucked up but he does seem to work regularly, which is more than I can say for a fair amount of the cows.

I don't think he got fired again, but that this was a rant about an older instance. I believe he now works for some sort of temp agency
