These people either don't watch the show or their brains zone out when they do. It's odd Hunk doesn't really connect with them since he's overweight and dark-skinned like a number of their redraws.
 
While the artist draws the brothers in their recognizable form, in her description she makes Choromatsu a "boring cishet" because she couldn't think of any lgbt headcanons tokens, for him.

Osomatsu is supposed to be bisexual, Karamatsu is a transwoman, Ichimatsu is gay, and both Jyushimatsu and Totty are non binary according to the tags. The thing I'm confused about is that aren't Osomatsu and Ichimatsu technically "cischet"? Other the than being bisexual and gay, they're not trans and identify with their birth gender. In that case, no, Choromatsu isn't the only "cischet" brother.

This is annoying and obnoxious but at least it doesn't burn my eyeballs like those artists who draw them all like stumpy, hairy, vaguely brown slobs.

“Cishet” is a pormanteau of cisgender and heterosexual. Since they’re not straight, they’re not “cishet”
