The one on the right looks like she's about to fall over. Also, you don't draw hair by making a blob on a person's head and filling it with scribbles.

Loving the shitty wood texture they stole for the baseball bats; the wood grain isn't even going in the right direction, so it makes the bats look like cardboard cut-outs.
