Pretty much. When the hilarious thing is that when handled badly, both Wonder Woman and T'Challa are the most transparent and blatant power fantasies imaginable.
The Hudlin run of Black Panther was especially bad about that, since it was basically just a complete and total power trip for African Americans. T'Challa acted like he was from Detroit rather than Africa, and was richer than all the other rich people, more powerful than all the other powerful people, stronger than all the other strong people, etc. He was treated like the ultimate life form. And of course all the hot white chicks wanted his cock, which was no doubt blacker than midnight and could put any horse to shame.
It was basically a fantasy for pathetic black nerds on tumblr who post "We were kings!" unironically.
But yeah an alcoholic womanizer with numerous failed relationships and an old-fashioned jock are definitely white boy power fantasies.

Was that the same run where T'Challa put the Silver Surfer in a weak ass arm lock and held him? Because that shit was awful and probably turned more people away from Black Panther instead of the intended "but look how amazing and smart and badass he is guys".

That SyFy article, if real, is full of shit. No, if I don't identify with any of the characters, I am not going to force myself to to make you happy, jackass.
It's called a 'difference of opinion.'
In true Dobson laziness, the article consumes half of the comic. And what little art we do see is a typical strawman drawn like an obnoxious loser like Dobson always does to people he doesn't agree with. BUT. There is something I wanted to point out.
Dobson's bearsona. Look at him. For the first time in forever, he is not smug. Nor is he condescending. He looks defeated, and in the pathetic way, not the "Oh my God this person is so dense" portrayal he usually adheres to.
By the way, with all of that said: Did Andrew just let slip in this comic what his actual job might be? It sure would explain a lot about his attitude.

Yup. Dude tried to do damage control and claim he'd never intended the arm lock to work, trying to throw the artist under the bus for claiming they misread the instructions (that BP was supposed to try to put Surfer in the arm lock and it fail spectacularly), but considering the entire rest of that run, which included Black Panther basically invading the FF building and de facto declaring himself an FF member, no one really bought it.

His stated reason, honest to God, is that it doesn't have as many options for preemptively blocking people as twitter does.
Guarantee it's also because it's really not as popular a platform, especially among his SJW-senpais, and it's harder for him to virtue signal. He can't reeeee at Trump as easily to show his righteousness, and it makes it all the more clear he's just posting into a void.

Dobson seems to have this compulsive necessity to be a drama whore 24/7 by spewing out every little grievance and thought he has on whatever social media platform he can, even if he doesn't like FB. Showing some sort of restrain or self-control seems completely impossible for him. He could have waited for his Twitter suspension to be lifted and stay quiet in the meantime, I thought this thread was going to severely slow down for a couple of weeks but it is more active than ever because Dobson just can't shut up, ever.
Dobson is to trolls what chum is to sharks.

It reminds me of what's going on with Marvel, if he considers himself a professional comic creator he should be using social media for promotional use and treating his fans with respect for at least because of the reason they are potential customers/patrons (Not that Dobson has updated his merchandise store since his Lesbian Kick! shirt)
But instead he uses it like a journal and cares more about virtue signalling than creating comics.

BTW those IngSocJus can't have it BOTH ways.
