Part of me is kinda sad that ED may go away. I visit it sometimes just to relive my shit teenage years. At the same time, I'm kinda glad it's going since it's nothing but ads and aids.

Is representing yourself the strategy you will you use when you are inevitably sued (Its going to happen eventually)? Or are you gonna give @AnOminous Forum God status for representing you.

Edit: I am reminded that Mark "Razzle Dazzle" Randazza is representing that Daily Stormer fuck. I hope he charges just as much but he will probably charge even more considering hes up against SPLC lawyers.

I've been sued three times and the cases were so flimsy they were thrown out without an answer. There is no legal claim to bring against me because I do not break the law. I have nothing to lose in representing myself as I have no assets to give, so yes, I would, if I felt an answer was even needed.

This. When Ellora’s Cave sued Dear Author, DA hired Randazza to defend them and ended up mostly winning, but it cost 100,000 plus. I’d say Randazza is who you want to defend you if you want to win and you can actually pay the bill.
 
It's not that hiring a lawyer was a bad idea but he could have gotten the same result with a cheap lawyer on a $1K retainer.
