I can't believe I never thought of the Princess Morbucks connection until now. The similaries are uncanny - they're both spoilt, egotistical brats who are doted on by their parents and try to desperately copy the Powerpuff Girls by wearing gold power armour. Only GK hasn't made it as far as the gold power armour bit.
Don't forget one of their primary solutions to any problem is to
throw more money at them. Case in point: his attempts to basically bribe Heather into coming back with an expensive graphics tablet & art program, along with the promise of a really pricey engagement ring.
Additionally, she's one of the few (if not only) females in the show to not have any white in their eyes.
Unless we factor in the
PPGZ version, which looks slightly more like GK's character design
Of further note, it's actually interesting how GK uses the "bubble eye" for his stupid self-insert, given that IIRC only
three male characters in the show have that style. And they're the
anti-PPG.

So, yeah, it's actually kind of funny how GK ends up having more likeness with
bad guy PPG copies than what he thinks is him being like the namesake trio. In fact, his eyes at a glance would appear to be extremely pale purple (which would mean he's unintentionally associated with the
third PPG knockoff from the show; the one the girls themselves make and ends up being a complete retard that lets all the badguys go, thinking they're actually good guys and cops are bad guys), but this one varies on personal interpetation as the hex code suggests they're light slate gray instead, and it's the red-heavy background messing with your eyes by blending the color reception making you
think you see pale purple.
