How does weight loss surgery work? Do they just cut out a bunch of fatty material? When a person gets that heavy are there just isolated deposits of fat, or is it interwoven into his muscles and around his organs and so forth?
What if they cut out like 100 lbs or however much it is, but instead of being undifferentiated fat it becomes a new broken person for us to have a thread on? Like Athena springing fully formed from the fatty mind of Zeus?
