Chud has been on video using poor choices of words, don't know in this case, but phrases like "come and get it" and "pull up" while showing a firearm is petty clear provocation to fight. He was not meticulously planning his choices of words and actions to keep himself better insulated from legal claims. You can can call them niggers, you can't request that they approach you to fight and shoot. Arguing he was saying this sarcastically, while true ( only an idiot would pull up on a guy with a gun) would be pretty hard.

The esential doctrine of deadly force is that you need to be in reasonable danger of death or great bodily harm.

This just isn't going to cut it, you can't just shoot anyone that takes a swing at you.

You might be able to get a jury to buy it if you were minding your own business and a crackhead came up and violently attacked you, but even that is legally risky. But there's no way a jury is going to side with this guy and what he did.

based on the mug shot it seems like the only harm done to chud was his own gunshot wound cause you would think if the guy who attacked him was actually a big enough threat he would have a much more fucked up face. It seems the majority of Americans believe it's acceptable for a black person to kill any white person who says nigger.

There was a national story this past year about a case where a homeless black person stabbed a guy, and the victim called him a nigger after he was stabbed. The jury acquitted the black guy specifically because of the slur.
