Look at my previous post where I cite the actual law of Tennessee:

I looked up the self-defense law of Tennessee, it has more or less the same conditions as non-cucked states: stand your ground, castle doctrine, no obligation to retreat, but requires an imminent threat of harm and proportionate response and that there is no justification if you provoke the other's use of unlawful force.

As you see, the insult and self-defense are not completely separate. The nigger assaulting him was unlawful and he should be punished for it, but by law, you cannot claim self-defense if you provoke the incident. Think about this through the "reasonable person" analysis:
1. Would a reasonable person expect a nigger to behave like a nigger upon being called a nigger? Yes.
2. Would a reasonable person consider calling a nigger a nigger a provocation? Yes.
3. Would a reasonable person expect an individual who's career is live-streaming himself calling niggers nigger and posting their reactions to realize that his words are provocative to niggers? Yes.

It also doesn't matter what you said months before or what you fantasized about, it never means that you loose your right to self defense.

Well if I had to go down a dark alley at night with a bag full of gold bars, I'd have a security detail that would make Blackwater PMC, blush, escorting me, TBH. The idea is to make the consequences of attacking me much more severe, than y'know not attacking me, plus "shock and awe".

Even if Chud gets charged, I don't think that will stop white people from saying N-word, like his black a-loggs think it will. If someone steals your car in Germany, and that car is your lifelihood, you are allowed to shoot them, to stop the theft, even if the gun is illegal (that would be another charge). German self defense laws are quite good and cover any transgression even against third persons, but ultimately useless because it's so difficult to get weapons here and nobody wants to deal with the court system. But technically Chud would walk free even in Germany since he got attacked, the gun is legal and courts will not expect you getting into fist fights and he had no other means for protecting his life/body.
Are you sure you don't have a similar law in the US? I always had the strong impression of it.
