Kernel anticheats are the only real way to stop cheaters, so i'm not sure why you're bitching about it? You either get cheaters with a shit anticheat or you get an anticheat that is kernel but very few cheaters.

And then your kernel anticheats like Riot Vanguard that either brick other game installs, or other kernel anticheats detect Vanguard as suspicious software.

I'm not saying Vanguard is perfect by any means, and nor do I even like Riot or play Valorant anymore, but it is the most effective tool to deal with these issues. I'd rather it be a little buggy than have to second-guess if someone is cheating every game I play.

No offense dude but I'd rather have the occasional cheater than have to install all this extra possibly-spyware shit to play a funny video game. As a guy who's had lots of matches cancelled and ruined by obvious cheaters it is really not that serious. The only reason I even play "competitive" is because the casual mode has way too many fucking people lol

CS2 doesnt have a cheating problem because of an anticheat, it has a cheating problem because 70% of the community is Chinks or Russians who cant fathom playing a game to have fun and not playing to win.

Just about every multiplayer shooter has a cheating problem. The problem is just exacerbated in cs2 because their is a entire scene and market dedicated to making cheats to scam chinks out of 100s of dollars a month. I still remember when I was a part of that community seeing retarded nepobabies pay hundreds if not a thousand dollars for an invite, not even to get the cheat, just an invite to pay monthly for skeet, just to get an advantage in hvh servers. I can only assume the market got worst over the 8 or so years i've stopped caring about the hvh community.

Valve knows that even if they made a kernel level anticheat, there is such a market of cheaters in cs2 that the cheat developers will find every loophole they possibly can find, even if it means producing DMA cards. The only true solution to the anticheat problem isn't to detect cheats on the local system, its to detect anomalies in how people play, which is why they went with VacNet, its just that its a monumental feat to create an AI anticheat that won't freak out at simple, easy to reproduce things, like m_yaw.

The last time I dealt with a cheater we trapped him every round until the retard did enough team damage to get kicked, then we kept his buddy in the game for as long as possible by tying the match, wasting as much time as possible every round.

Then you are not competitive and no one should seriously consider your viewpoint? Maybe if you played the game competitively you would understand.

Just place Faceit then if you're seriously going against that many cheaters? I highly doubt you are anyway, I've been 25k premier for most seasons and barely run across cheaters, I highly doubt you are running into that many. Not to say their anticheat isn't dogshit, because it absolutely is.
FACEIT went to shit after Saudis bought it as part of their sportswashing exercise. In the good old days of FACEIT I could tell the barely sentient ape in my lobby what I really think about him and his mother, nowadays you get banned for saying kebab.

This season the cheating situation in EU Premier is pretty good under like 27-28k rating, above that 3/4 games have at least 1 cheater in them. Sucks for me as I wanted to hit that golden badge. (:_(

For real, I refuse to give my ID to mudslimes. I already payed for the game before the Danger Zone update. Let me play my PAYED GAME and not rely on a subscription you retarded mong.

Remember when ESEA anti-cheat was mining bitcoins on people's PCs? Or when Genshin Impact's AC was used by malware to get kernel access? Or when Vanguard (chinese owned rootkit AC that runs 24/7) was messing with drivers and turrning off PC fans? Going online and BEGGING to have your privacy and security be at mercy of some faceless corpo is no different than being an actual cuck.

Don't forget when Battlefield 6's kernel anticheat literally flagged Vanguard AC as malicious software.

And also when Riot Vanguard bricked someone's Deadlock install, which is so blatant that it shows how desperate Riot Games will go to stomp out competition.

Very good video on the issues of CS2:
I don't have any complaints to make, I agree on pretty much everything, especially on the movement (felt good finally having some semblance of a picture as to why the movement in CS2 is dogshit compared to CS:GO, that heavy feeling where it feels like I have 100 anchors attached to my legs weighing me down when I try to move in any way).

The rant at the end was also supreme. I really loved the part about coming to terms on accepting that CS2, in its current state, is just how Valve wants it to be.

This is honestly why I stopped spraying. It feels like my muscle memory from GO is fucking me over, on top of fucking input latency on my goddamn CS, where GO, 1.6 and Source had no issues on release.

Also, I firmly believe Valve intentionally crippled TF2 and CS:GO just to force the players into their golden goose DOTA, and I can confirm 100% with my gut that they sacrificed the souls of TF2, L4D (because they fucking refuse to make L4D2/L4D1 64bit, which is what they did to HL2, TF2 and fucking DoD:S) and CS for their satanic baby known as Deadlock. You can pry CS and older Valve games off my hands but you will NEVER see me play your dogshit hero shooter.

DIE DEADLOCK DIE
