People are giving her too much credit and seriously overthinking it besides. She is being as cynical as she is short-sighted about this whole affair. She brought Melonie on and then took superchat money to read out insulting messages to her. She didn't bring Venti on because that would have interfered with this strategy. Once she had gotten her bag doing that, she brought Venti on to a seperate livestream and then milked her simps for superchat cash to dunk on Venti. It's cunning in a low, weasel-fuck kind of way. The only question is whether this technique keeps working, and how much of an impact the bridges she's burning doing it have on her future career. Salty was always much wittier than Jer, but he's upped his shilling to Jer-bear levels in the last year or so. He seems tired and burned out, but he can't just quit because the money is so good. I find my Salty arc resembling my Jeremy arc in one specific way--once the shilling starts, instead of fast-forwarding through the ad, I just click out and stop watching.
