When quartering says "All I can really do here is shut up and hopefully they will leave them alone." in his leaving social media message he posted to social media, it immediately strikes me as wrong in two ways. First, it's not the only thing he could do. It's maybe the only thing he could do without admitting to any wrongdoing. Second, he actually can't do it.

I was thinking last night before I went to bed that I was almost starting to feel sorry for Jeremy. Just a tiny bit, as one human being can toward a giant drunk lummox. This is one of the largest dumpster fires I've ever seen after all... must be tough...

Then I log in and finally catch up on his bullshit for today. Lying motherfucking asshole. I have not seen someone so talented at burning any possible goodwill as Jeremy Hambly. Maybe Rekieta? I don't even know.

He has that Indian instinct to save face at all costs, so he simply can not admit any wrongdoing. The "harassment" is just something that happens, ambiently, like a natural hazard to a vessel passing through the Internet's warp. Similarly, it's not that he's bothered. He's "just chillin'." But the people around him are bothered so much, guys! He's really just being selfless in deleting his Twitter, don't you know.

I really hate this quality in people where all they care about is how they appear, not the underlying reality, just the frame. Mel also has this instinct, they're two peas in a pod. A leftoid I've seen exhibit this before too is Vaush.
 
From what I can see, Chrissie Mayr has been radio silent about anything since she decided to retweet that the attack on Jer resembles the ES JAY DOUBLE YEWWWS!!!!

My guesses for what happens with the Simpcast that's supposed to happen in the order of likelihood:

1. Radio silence continues, no show. Next show is some random person with no association to this sector of the internet and all superchats/live chats are heavily moderated.

2. Chrissie Mayr cancels to buy herself time because it's Mother's Day.

3. Chrissie Mayr cancels with some other excuse, likely to try and make people sympathetic

4. Chrisie Mayr does her show and "apologizes" but takes no real accountability and doesn't fully address everything that has gone on.

5. Chrissie Mayr does her show and apologizes, but here apology is filled with other holes and lies that get exposed in the days to come.

6. The world ends before her next show.

7. Chrissie Mayr goes live and tells the actual truth about why she was gunt guarding Hambly and Mel.

Either way, it doesn't fucking matter. This bitch is irrelevant and I could not give a single fuck about her opinion on the Quartering if she claims she's changed her mind. Her only usefulness would have been to allow Melonie Mac to be pressed for all of her bullshit, that opportunity will obviously never present itself again, so fuck her. The Casino should go full "scorched earth" on her ass on Monday regardless of whatever sob stories/fake apologies she might give. It's too late and she's been thoroughly exposed. Give her the full felting.

I was already thinking about doing this. I run basic analytics that are necessary for wrangling flaky downloads, it's not too crazy to check each video and record whether it's online or not and make that filterable; that will be handy when it comes time for me to identify which videos need to be swapped out with an archive as well. "X results from Y videos (Z deleted)" could make for some funny screenshots.
Could be fun to throw some charts in the public app as well!
