I think a lot of people misunderstood your post. What you're saying is Indians privately have the exact same criticisms of their country, but the minute that a foreigner says the same thing, they suddenly become hyper-nationalistic and refuse to admit that there's a problem. It's pretty fucking bizarre. I guess a problem is only shameful in India if other people know.

Depending on the location it may or may not involve crushing the goats' heads underneath the wheels of those big rolling pagan shrine things they construct:

In Civilization Revolution, the different civilizations have special abilities. For some reason, India has access to all resources from the start of a game, while other civs need to do research to unlock them. Like Construction is needed to use Oak, but India can use that without having to research Construction. Dunno what IRL way is referenced?
