I was a good kid, but I'm also what they call "retarded." I had a hard time functioning around other people. I can't give a lot of context without powerleveling, but I was in a bad place when I entered high school. I had meltdowns multiple times a week, and some of them got really bad. My social worker would help me calm down, taught me coping skills, and gave me a space to talk about the things that were bothering me before they became gigantic explosions of tard rage. She helped me get down to only TWO meltdowns my entire senior year! (one of them being the aforementioned sobbing over the dead ducklings, I can't even remember the other one.) She was so kind and so cool, I missed her so much after I graduated.
Interesting. They always thought there was a possibility I was going to shoot up the school, I just had an fascination with guns/cars anything that was complex machinery I thought was cool. I did sell some premo weed which is legal in what like 49 states or something now? I regret not sticking with it, I would have been a millionaire. They had some faggot assembly about multiculterialsim or tolerance or something. I recall I was having a bad day I stood up and yelled at the stage this was a violation of the 1st amendment telling us what we are allowed to say and it stunk of George Orwell 1984 thought policing. Probably came out far less polished and coherent than that. I remember the principal is asking me why I did it and I said the same basic deal. Telling someone they are not allowed to say certain words is violation of the 1st amendment and when you tell someone they are not allowed to say "nigger" because they are not black is granting privilege to a certain class of people. I think they realized they could either have a 45 minute debate with me on this or just tell me to take the day off whenever there was an assembly and they would just look the other way, mark me as present for the day.
I would think another reason COPS went away is because you could find police bodycam videos on YouTube now. Just call your police precient, request access to bodycam footage, pay a nominal fee, there you go.
It's a bit more complicated.
First of all this varies from dept to dept, state to state. Some laws on paper literally state a local state LE agency must respond to to FOIA request typically within 10-20 days however that's a response not a fulfillment. The worst excuse I ever heard was some dept was FOIA'd to release bodycam footage but the footage included uninvolved parties neither LE nor suspects and the cost of editing the video to blur and conceal the identities was something ridiculous like 50K to be paid prior to receiving requested footage. I don't recall the incident, I seem to recall it being in the last few years when any retard like myself to learn to edit video/audio in less than a week to accomplish this.
After that there are certain circumstances that make acquiring the footage not fall under just ask and you shall receive. If it's evidence in a pending trial releasing it could taint jury selection. If it releases names of minors involved even as perpetrators it gets more complicated. If it contains confidential informants. If it's a large dept with really bad internal policy like poor officer training or just a ton of crime that would make great YT content your request is backlogged by everyone wanting to see retarded cops acting outside dept policy and retarded niggers doing their thing. For us that means your request is in line behind the other 500 FOIA requests.
The NAACP/BLM/ACLU/SPLC are actively petitioning to make body cam footage harder to obtain. This is officially done in the name of privacy, we all know it's just really really fucking bad PR, "optics" w/e you want to call it. These organizations originally pressed for it hard, its intention wast to catch questionable policing it and ended up being the cornerstone of things like the KW AAA thread and etc. About half my time viewing YT is watching niggers turn a Terry stop or shoplifting misdemeanors into 2-3 felonies. Obviously it's really entertaining and the the NGOs I mentioned raget he fuck out when they read the comments below the videos, "fatigue" "no stereotypes were harmed in the making of his video" etc. It's all low effort dog-whistling for people expressing being fed up with nigger behavior and realizing they are not alone. Being the NGO's make their money on the narrative this does not exist they want it gone.
Here's an example of body cam of a nationally covered incident from date of incident to release of body cam.
Body camera video showing the 2016 shooting of Daniel Shaver in a Mesa, Arizona, hotel was released to the public on December 8, 2017. Daneil shaver was killed January 18, 2016
1 years 10 months 21 days between Shaver getting shot to death by police and the video being made public.
If you are having a bad day already, don't read the story or watch the video of Daniel Shaver, it might just make you fedpost. He was unarmed and shot to death by officers in he hallway of the hotel he was at for a work conference or something. He was in pest control and showed his coworkers his pest control air rifle in his hotel room, someone saw it through the window down at the hotel Jacuzzi, called the front desk and he was dead about an hour later. Some of the worst law enforcement handling of a situation I've ever seen in my life. Not=black, no cities were burned down and the mayor didn't kneel next to his coffin and pretend to cry for 5 mins like Jacob Frey did.
