I really feel like this retard who worded it like that made the people against this shit look unhinged. From the perspective of a normal person who knows nothing about the Reddit situation or all the other drama, it comes off that way. To me, it just looked like a wholesome, generic surrogate dad-and-daughter game. I did not even think about the lolicon angle at all until I saw the Twitter posts.

This is a pretty good example of being "in the know" making someone look crazy. She has the generic anime face, on a scaled up body that could have passed for some sexy anime girl. People who haven't really interacted with lolicons would likely see a generic anime girl and think nothing of it. Meanwhile people who know about lolicons may or may not have guessed that lolicons would have flocked to this. I first heard about this game through the controversy so I don't know what my initial impression would have been otherwise but I'm honestly not sure if I would have "spotted it". It could go either way.

Capcom, a japanese company. Japan, the same country that had an age of consent of 13 prior to 2023.
