Adding to this, I really do think there is chance he may try to bring in Randazza now (who ain't cheap). Like I pointed out earlier, he intimated at that on Twitter, and it became a lot clearer why once MNPR revealed Nick has been lying, and White has been out of action for a long time now.

This is someone who cannot find time to stream reliably, allegedly his main source of income. He cannot find time to complete basic CLEs. He cannot manage even simple responsibilities. I'm sure the judge loves him (as far as we know) not signing the agreement to postpone the hearing because of his work if he didn't talk about Aaron at this event so he could no show the hearing by insisting actually the reason he couldn't attend wasn't his event that he JUST talked about but because of his back.

And actually his lawyer's back is just sooooooo bad they shouldn't have had the hearing anyways, your honor!

Have we ever determined if these hearings are on the record and/or if the transcript is confidential? There's basically no way that a good portion of court today wasn't some kind of unhinged seethe session.

If Melton really got a doctor's note for some dipshit guest at his show who is technically a medical doctor I don't think the Judge is going to appreciate that. especially if it wasn't explicitly disclosed when the letter was submitted. I kinda' expect we're past him not 'preciating stuff at this point, though...
