To these people in the comments, they enjoy eating their steak boot leather dry and smothered in ketchup or a1. These are also the same type of people who think that "fancy dining" is going to the Applebee's, or olive garden, or chili's, or the outback steakhouse.
Medium rare to medium. I will agree with you on overcooking some meat just in case, but what I'm referring to is niggers going "mayne this prime rib thats medium rare looks raw as fuck, and its $111! Shieeet that's too expensive and overrated!" However I'm not a chef for these restaurants so I wouldn't know the culinary art of how to eat prime rib in the correct wayI grew up amoung my great aunts who in turn grew up on a farm in the hills of the midwest. when you dont have refrideration you tend to over cook the meat since you dont want to get sick.
i too prefer my meat cooked,
How do you like your meat cooked?
I certainly think there's a component of people whose appreciation of rare meat comes from being dirt poor and having to cook whacky cuts in bizarre ways. The things I did to flank cuts in college to make it palatable (inb4 skill issue, yes it was) involved essentially flash searing it after a dark marinade then burying it in something hot so it had a soft texture and a good mouthfeel. Medium rare was simply not an option with the skills we had and well done WAS literally shoe leather. And there WERE people who would do that to their steak and then choke it down with sauces,You raw meat supremacists are autistic retards. "Y dun liek rare?? REEEEE BUT I LIEK RARE u poor dry bootleather!!" type people. Undercooked meat has bitter and metallic compound flavors that some people (you) can't taste, those same people also being unable to taste the extra brown and rendered fat flavors of thoroughly cooked meat (medium well+). You fuckers genuinely are incapable of appreciating that PEOPLE TASTE THINGS DIFFERENTLY and can taste more flavors and bitter compounds than you. Ketchup (amd A1) is also primarily a vinegar which solvates those flavors and fats more strongly (the acid is the same as used to mayonaisse), creating more intense and complex tasting of THE MEAT combined with the sauce.

The truth comes out! The saucelets can not appreciate the spectrum of flavors combined and must individually taste their flour, salt, and butter due to lack of taste buds. Or, perhaps, the crude bitterness of barely touched meat to stimulate their sole, pitiful tongue. It's like putting syrup on a pancake. I make pancakes that are good enough to eat without syrup and even get a little offended watching people drown it in syrup.
I'm not sure why "Mexican" food prepared by Indians would be any better than "Indian" food prepared by Indians.I would trust this more than any food prepared at an Indian restaurant by Indian hands
The "prepared by Indians" clause is the operative one here.I'm not sure why "Mexican" food prepared by Indians would be any better than "Indian" food prepared by Indians.
I already posted this in the space thread but in addition to this astronauts apparently use outlook and it's as reliable as you would expect.Black guy gets sent to the fucking moon, but won't shut about racism and shiieet

Indian food is just fine when it's not prepared and handled by Indians.
It would taste fucking weird to me, and I'm much more genetically Viking than normal.is that steak really considered cooked? imagine not being a medium rare enjoyer.
