Oh, sure. I'm not saying that this particular pooner was actually in any danger of suffocation, or that she was saying she couldn't breathe as anything but attention seeking behavior and a lie for leniency.

But people can and do express that they can't breathe as they are genuinely dying of slow suffocation. It is a real thing.

I don't understand people like this. Lil pooner has the chance to be a hecking ripped dood and she doesn't even make an effort do it. Then I accidentally clicked away before saving it and by the time I'd backed up they had removed it! So fast! Now I'm stuck wondering if it really was as scathing as I remember, but I can't find it. Anyone who is better at removed Reddit posts able to find it?

Since when the hell is medicine not science? Sure, it's not usually covered under a university's STEM promotion posters, but that's more to do with the fact that medical schools are their own separate institutions.

From the way this guy describes his actions and powerlessness, I started to think this was a lesbian couple. What's the overlap between biological men who are old enough to marry a woman who has a teenage child, and people who unironically acknowledge misophonia?

It's a real male, though. Until he posted his troon roommate horror story in a bunch of different subreddits, almost all of this guy's post history is three-word answers in AskReddit.
