Oh boy, I cannot wait for his hand being slapped by High Court. The basic judges usually let people abuse DMCA, but if there is counter and it goes to big boys he will be so god damn butt rapped by them you wouldn't believe.

DMCA is tricky so people most of time "let it go" and go for some kind of deal too just end it, but I hope so if this goes to proper judge who understands DMCA abuse, oh boy this will not be in favor of Smoll-Dick-Jones.

1. Don't use KF from IPs that can be used to identify you
2. Make use of the TOR hidden service
3. Use a VPN (and also preferably blackhole kiwifarms.st in your router)
Make sure your wifi reaches off your property and setup a neighborhood SSID and give all your neighbors the password to create plausible deniability.

I was thinking about how null could create a one-way hash for IP addresses so he could correlate them for abuse but not be able to reverse them. Sadly I think the search space for IPv4 is too small. Now, if everything was IPv6 then this would be totally possible as you could never search the v6 space to determine a hash match.

That's what I thought, hence my thought that anyone who posts the allegedly infringing content elsewhere does so at their own peril.
YouTube has operated with this system for years, now. There have been bad actors taking advantage of it to completely take down the channels of people who want to preserve their anonymity, like WingsofRedemption has done. There's also people who abuse it to dox people, which LowTierGod has done. But you have to willingly give them your information to dispute a copyright takedown, it's not automatic like you were implying. If you don't dispute the takedown, they don't get your information; but the video stays taken down.

For how long is information regarding IP and e-mail addresses used kept anyway?

I'm *ALMOST* tempted to post in solidarity wit the Magnificent Seven, in an attempt to create a Spartacus movement. But, so our Everload can sleep better at night, I won't.

He gotta have to sue nintendo too:

I can't imagine how reposting a photo that the defendant made publicly available online for free would be legally actionable. Hopefully the judge just calls Dong-Gone a retard.
And being a known rape... mediator? certainly hasn't hurt his career. I don't get the point unless this is just the dickless faggot malding over being unable to shut Kiwifarms down, and lashing out in any way possible.

Stuttering John Melendez is another lolcow who has weaponized YT's DMCA takedown system for doxing attempts, though these days he uses it mainly to try and have other YouTubers demonetized and/or permanently banned. But I digress.

I'm aware of how YT handles DMCA claims, but I didn't want to assume that other platforms such as X would operate in a similar manner.

I think it's wiser for him not to say, if the schedule is publicly published then it would make it easier on people attempting gayops or legal bullshit.

Xenforo, as a default, stores your registration email until you change it, after that it's up to the site owner's specific configuration how long the change is stored. IP logs are stored every time you make specific actions on the site, most notably being logins and posting. As an example, if you login from your home wifi and then walk to Starbucks and make a post on their wifi then both the login and post will separately display each IP address. How long these are kept is also up to the discretion of the site owner.
I see.

Fortunately I use VPN for using this site. I was asking this because 2 years ago I accidentally logged on this website with VPN turned off. While far from being able to identifying me, I just want to have some peace of mind.

That is how this appears to work, yes.

From the subpoena for DMCA Claim #2 where in which Liz Fong-Jones is represented by attorney Lane Haygood from Kamerman, Uncyk, Soniker & Klein P.C:

For the sake of people being made aware and since this knowledge is publicly accessible, the subpoenaed users as of this time are:
@3MMA
@Diggus Bickus
@Dread First
@Sexy Senior Citizen
@teriyakiburns
@The Mass Shooter Ron Soye
@GettrGriftr
I don't know who @Nigger is but they have a chance right now to post this image and make the court proceedings utterly hilarious.

Questions for @Null

1) On DMCA notice #2 (the first batch from Elliot), 6 users got takedown requests on posts, but the top section only links to 2 posts that were removed. Does this mean the other 4 remain up, even though all 6 are under subpoena? Is that a decision you make, or the users?

2) I'm still convinced he's going after alternate service and default judgements. If the subpoenas don't get quashed, the next hurdle under DMCA is a successful counter claim. I believe posters can designate an agent or representative to file for them, so that they don't self-dox to the freak. Is that accurate?

And if so, is Hardin (or you) interested in a side gig getting paid to file counters?
