TL;DR: If you post a specific picture of Liz Fong-Jones his attorney will immediately subpoena your account information. Unless you have been very cautious with your site usage, this will allow LFJ to dox you. He intends on doxing as many people as possible. Do not post any pictures of Liz Fong-Jones unless you are willing to accept that risk and unless you are very sure your use is legally considered a fair use. If you are less than 100% sure you're not something that is transformative enough to be considered fair use, do not post it.

There are no second chances and no do-overs. If you post something he considers his copyright or an unfair use of his copyright, LFJ has a legal mechanism to immediately subpoena all your account information. It does not matter if the use is actually fair, that is a legal question that is answered in court after he doxes you. This mechanism exists as soon as you post it and cannot be retracted.

I'm doing everything I can to quash these subpoenas but there's a reason why we call these things "prayers for relief" - because it goes before a human judge, not a rational computer system that can see LFJ is just a belligerent freak trying to ruin people's lives.


Liz Fong-Jones is a Technical Fellow at Honeycomb Technologies (honeycomb.io), a company with contracts to Anthropic, Cloudflare, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Liz Fong-Jones financially benefits from his work with Honeycomb Technologies.

Liz Fong-Jones, Technical Fellow at Honeycomb, is currently being sued by Lolcow LLC for a declaratory judgment after sending the Kiwi Farms copyright infringement notices regarding what I believe is fair use of purportedly copyrighted works of no commercial value.

Liz Fong-Jones has, to my knowledge, deliberately ruined the professional reputations of at least 4 people, and there are persistent indications that he is a permanent blight haunting whatever institution he has worked at, deliberately seeking out conflict with which to exercise power and control over others.

Liz Fong-Jones is also a member of the "BDSM" fetish community, a sexual sadism community. During his participation in this community, he was accused of sexual assault by someone he had known for 8 years. He dismisses the allegations as being a misunderstanding about dog hair, which he calls a "consent accident".

Liz Fong-Jones, accused of sexual assault, is using the DMCA law to issue subpoenas immediately after sending DMCA complaints. In particular, anyone who posts a specific copyright work (7 people in total so far) have been the subject of the subpoena under the federal laws of the United States of America.

Lolcow LLC and I are both domiciled in this country, therefore we must obey the laws of this country. I maintain limited records to combat abuse, such as the recent spam attacks against the forum. This means that if you are subpoenaed and I have records which can be used to dox you, Liz Fong-Jones will dox you.

It is my belief that if he doxes you he will try to ruin your life, your interpersonal relationships, your career, and your prospects out of a petty and sadistic sense of power and control. Effectively, "he has no penis and he must consent accident".

I will be attempting to squash these subpoenas and to the best of my knowledge all 7 users are seeking representation to fight what I believe is an abuse of process.

Did Mr. Fong-Jones not see how much Fatrick paid Quasi for the quashed subpoenas? This seems like a move sure to end in disaster. Then again I would expect disaster when you're represented by a legal firm that literally hires lawyers based on how much they shitposted on Twitter.

You will be subpoenaed. He has subpoenaed every single publication of this image, regardless of how edited it is, how blatantly fair the use is, how transformative the context, etc.

Now, I can't say if this is just on the Kiwi Farms, but it might be.

Also I know it's not much, and with a DMCA the process itself is the punishment because it's solely done to dox people, but if any of these 7 members get doxxed and end up needing a GiveSendGo to fight life ruination, I'll pledge $150 for each in advance.

Hopefully all 7 had the good sense to use burners and proxies and this money will never be needed.
