@Null Prepare an official court document compiling all of the most embarrassing and damning info on this waste of space that has been documented and make it a part of your case to destroy any claims of slander or defamation. When all of their embarrassing and socially damning dirty laundry starts getting aired out in public and anonymous people on the internet who you don't know start spreading it across reddit and twitter they will start to lose their bravado and become more reasonable i'm betting. Be sure to emphasize their insane and degenerate behavior so that you can argue for the need for a competency test and shoot holes in their arguments at the same time. Weaponize the retarded shit the loser freely posts online and make them look absolutely insane to the entire courtroom.

Do a nice straight to the facts lolcow presentation and you'll take away their ability to say or imply that you slandered or defamed them while simultaneously embarrassing them and possibly making them insecure and fearful of their gross behavior being shown publicly and you will also weaken their entire case by making them look insane which you can hammer home with the request for a competency test which will also make them angry and sloppy and possibly even get them to make an angry outburst in court which would be a great piece of evidence for the entire argument that they're insane and their case should be dismissed with prejudice in your favor.
 
Home from work and had a chance to pitch in to the GSG. I know it's not a ton but I've already been doing the gilded T&H since the day it launched so this was mostly to help with the "trending" status of the fundraiser and also inch it toward the goal just a little bit more. :drink:

Had a little to spare via GSG, if the sites still up by the time I'm more stable I intend to set up recurring payments.

It's just shy of ten years since I was a naive GG refugee brought here by the Rapp fiasco, and in that time this is the only online space not thoroughly fucked by demented trannies like Fong.

Hardin is a treasure.

Things are a bit tight at the moment but I will definitely be throwing a hundo or two into this fund. The legal system isn't meant to be used as a personal attack dog, and it's tragic that I feel naive for even saying it.

If a win for Lolcow LLC can set some precedent back in the correct direction for once, then it's more than worth the fight.

@Null will you support money orders directed at the IOLTA/Hardin or is that just an unwanted extra hassle for you over just using the Gold system? If I understand munny right, Gold ends up eaten by a 30% tithe to prevent riots, while IOLTA is TAX FREE.
