Since I do actually have a heart - Caleb already has a donor lined up, the GSG is for future expenses and also to support the family of the donor.

Not anymore! Now if you want to buy a small amount (up to 2 Monero, or $400 I believe), you do not need an escrow.

If you already have another crypto like BTC you can simply use Trocador though, it's easier to swap with a centralized swap service than with a P2P service like Haveno (Reto Swap).

Now that time travel is an accepted legal principle we might as well use the judicial power of time travel to jump forward in time past all the bullshit and get straight to the litigating. The great thing about being first to the punch is that the actual image in question and the context around it gets to make the first impression to the judge. I think if the Donger made the first move it would have been either curiously absent or it would have been just the unedited headshot itself without the commentary and buried in the exhibits under a sea of plightsperging. Now when the judge reads the plightspering in response there is no way to do so without having the context that the defendant is a gross evil tranny and that this is really the core issue and not copyright.

Is there a reason this later email wasn't attached as an exhibit? I don't know if proving the ultimatum deadline is strictly necessary to file for declaratory judgement, but it would've completed the record. If Hardin wants to lean into the extortionate nature of the demands, or later introduce the mediation weirdness, that email would be relevant.

(I assume there's a bunch of other emails in between, relating to the $15k lawyer fee and mediation demands, which could clutter up the straightforward complaint. But surely some parts of those escalating demands are relevant up front too.)
