Hey Elliot, just in case you're reading this. There are two biblical level certainties in life. The first is that you aren't going to beat the Farms.

The second is that you will never, ever, ever be a woman. Never. At best you are a grotesque approximation, and every time you look in the mirror you see that. Your life is a horror you can't escape.

I've already donated but I'm going to do it monthly. Just as a fuck you, Elliot.

Oh and Jersh, I'm doing it via GSG, not because I hate you, but because it's the only way I can do it.

This is a tax deductible donation right? ;)

It's not lol.

I will send funds once available. Been looking for a good cause to donate to once the tax return comes in. Semper Fi, Farmers Never Die.

Is there a reason this later email wasn't attached as an exhibit? I don't know if proving the ultimatum deadline is strictly necessary to file for declaratory judgement, but it would've completed the record. If Hardin wants to lean into the extortionate nature of the demands, or later introduce the mediation weirdness, that email would be relevant.

(I assume there's a bunch of other emails in between, relating to the $15k lawyer fee and mediation demands, which could clutter up the straightforward complaint. But surely some parts of those escalating demands are relevant up front too.)
It sounds like that demand came at the end of settlement discussions and I think those have a bit of protection around them. Courts want to encourage people to settle rather than sue and don't want good faith settlement discussions to be used as weapons so it's probably not normal/acceptable to include settlement discussions as exhibits. That statement is kinda only ancillary to the legal claims themselves so it probably doesn't need to be proven unless it's a disputed. So I'd say it's bad form to just dump an email chain of the settlement talks and it would just be clutter at this stage.

@Null, just a simple suggestion, you may want to either extend the Kiwi's at the bottom, or remove the counter once you hit 600. Sociological studies have shown that when people see that a "goal" has been reached, it actually negatively influences their likelihood of donating, especially if they were right on the edge of wanting to do so. No point in possibly handicapping oneself while momentum is in KF's favor.

As usual, feel free to call me a retard, or a nigger, or a retarded nigger if you think what I wrote is stupid.

I've been waiting for this since the first round of legal funding (though I understand why you weren't).

Wish I could afford to give more than my $20 a month. Maybe I can drop some to the GSG next week. Thank you for always fighting the good fight, @Null.
