It's probably very difficult to get organized for a court case when you're in a temporary situation like that.

You can do everything on your phone. Everything you need to get organized is in the palm of your hand, but she didn’t even need to do THAT much. All she had to do was deny everything. The nigger “dindu”defense would have worked here 100%. When it comes to legal matters, it’s not about what you know or even what is objectively true; it’s about what you can prove.

The only proof Spam had of anything was shitposting on a gossip site where there are thousands of users and literally everyone hates her and which she was heavily engaged in herself including posting pics of Liz that could be classified as “revenge porn”.

Even then she didn’t have any proof that Nikki was posting at all. She only had proof of her own engagement and only because she admitted to it herself. Nikki could have denied ever using the site at all, because the only proof in that moment was her own admission of guilt.

Any further scrutiny would have revealed Spam as being the true and honest shitbag that she is. But none of that was ever going to happen anyway because the judge was clearly overwhelmed by the small amount of text before her.

All Nikki had to do was deny everything and respond with “prove it”. The judge only ruled in Spam’s favor because Nikki admitted to everything like she was doing her best impression of Mel.

Spam has been phone booked numerous times. What proof did she have of Nikki doing it? Being a “verified user” doesn’t mean anything to a judge unless Spam could prove that Nikki was that particular verified user and she had no proof of that other than Nikki’s crayon eating admission. The whole thing would have been dropped and Nikki could have been the victor over the “woman” she professes to hate with a passion. She could have boiled that bunny good. Instead, she jumped in the pot herself. lol
