I can only hope that I age as well as Finlay has. He's older than Regal by 11 years, but they both look more or less the same age. Father Time asked if he could look more like his age and Finlay said "why don't you make me, pussy"
 
Been playing WWE 2K26 so far. Not a bad game. I do like the ragdoll physics and the weapon mechanics similar to SVR 2011. The showcase is alright fron the historical playthroughs but I would've prefer if they could added some other matches instead of the whatifs, like his hell in a cell natch with taker. It's pretty cook to have a 2006-2009 era punk in a video game after his long Absence.
The DLC seems promising with the Hardys, Hobbs & Danhausen.

Thoughts on mania
Finn & Dirty Dom would be a cook feud if Finn goes over.
Roman and Punk are going have to carry this card, the women's title card is weak.

That's what makes me laugh so hard about it though, it's a guy on national television making probably six figures a year, and some 14 year old black kid on twitter can just go "Ayye nigga, you a bald FAG" and he flies into a rage.
I know that he's trying to pull that it's my character rubbish because he got called out for acting like a total nipple, but everybody can see through that. There's just an epidemic of people who shouldn't be acting so insufferable and sensitive online doing so.
Rhea is the one that really gets me though. You can tell she's a coastal cunt, because I've never met anyone from Australia that acts like that in the good part. She complains about being famous in an industry that she wanted to be famous in. If she doesn't want people coming up asking for an autograph or a picture she should go bag fucking groceries in Adelaide.
She had to go cry to Triple H because Jade Cargill was dog walking her on twitter. Is that her brutality she's always on about? :story:
 
I think there's some mental illness rattling around in Ripleys pointed skull. When she started in NXT, she was an attractive girl. Now she looks like a monster with longshoreman tats, a huge man back, and flapjack titties.

In the age of social media, kayfabe is more or less dead because of people refusing to stfu. I missed the time when Sandman refused to take calls when he had a kayfabe injury.

I feel like with larger companies like AEW and WWE, the incentive to be on your best behavior and sell your character is minimized because you're basically guaranteed to get a solid paycheck regardless of how big the gate is. Sandman and JYD didn't sell their injuries off the camera just because. They were focused on keeping storylines consistent so they could maintain fan interest and sell some fucking tickets. Who the fuck is going to pay money to see Ricochet and Rhea Ripley wrestle based on their online twitter spats? Nobody, that's who. Not that either of them give a fuck about fan investment, because they get money hand over fist regardless.

I recall PWI magazines with letters from smarks bitching about the Mania 9 finish, and hating Kevin Nash for how WCW went in 99. It even extended to video game magazines where they made potshots against Kevin Nash while reviewing wrestling games he was that hated.

I fondly remember my first experience with dirt sheets in the late 90's with this one schoolyard chum who knew of the death of JYD and on a certain monday morning he said that a couple of jobbers who dressed in flannel pants were going to be repackaged with baggy jnko jeans like ravers and have Doc Hendrix (sp) on the next Raw and you know something he was right those two were the Hardys and they indeed come out with Hayes like a new generation Freebirds.
