Victor Markhoff / Ana Victoria Markhoff / vvictorman_uel - Powerchair faker pooner, has every illness, allergic to Krebs cycle, bed mayo enjoyer, kicked out of house and mental hospital, constant ebeggar, applesauce heiress paid to yeet her teets
Most people will do and try literally anything to avoid getting an ostomy. They are a massive transition to make, and change the way your body works (loops are temporary but there are permanent ones too). It costs thousands of dollars a year to purchase the supplies needed to maintain an ostomy and on top of that you will be dealing with the body confidence issues of literally always having a bag of waste attached to your body. There are plenty of examples where people’s quality of life dramatically improves after an ostomy, but that doesn’t alter the fact that it is a scary thing to go through and it is something that will change you forever.
Vicki has no concept of permanency. She doesn’t think about the long term impacts of the life she is choosing to live and has passed the point of no return.
Can anyone even follow the thread of why she supposedly needs a port anyway?
Her bullshit isn't anything to do with not being able to eat/extract nutrients.
Oh! Unless that was covered in the "can't protect my airways" brief ER visit excuse. That was the last time she managed to get in, where they told her firmly, it seems like, to low key fuck off.
But that's her last plot point of """can't drink""" > port.
She must be withdrawing hard from medical attention at this point. It also seems like her isolation from family is effecting her munch.
You see plenty of idiotic unneeded port installations, but they usually have enabling family in their corner to help them bully the hospitals into it. Or just enough added purchasing power to shop around enough to find a quack.
Unlucky Vicky! Another day jealous of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.
Looks like she’s angling for a trach, a port for IVIG, and maybe a thymectomy (referencing organs getting removed)? If she gets all of those she’ll be max leveled up to compete with the highest tier of munchies in the munchie thread. As it is though, all she has is a power chair.
"Yes, I'd like the number 14 special, super sized. That comes with chopped off tits, allergies to anything that casts a shadow, and a power wheelchair, right? I'd also like to add a side of CONSTANT UNENDING AGONY" *Vicky starts rolling around on the floor and moaning*
Sounds like she's super mad they won't give her a port and don't want to give her heavy, risky treatments for an illness she (in case you're just tuning in) has never actually been diagnosed with.
I may be confused but it sounds like she's saying "more people should get ileostomies" when I think normal sane people would prefer not to be pooping into a plastic bag on their abdomen at all possible costs?
"Am I just not supposed to speak my mother tongue?" Is German more taxing to speak than English? I don't think it is. Why would it be?

Is there really any other way to speak German than fuhrer style possessed spasmodic orations to thousands of screaming other Germans?
Try doing that with one slightly relaxed eyelid.
If you want life to be easier, use your walking muscles and stop holding your breath. Sweet baby Jesus.
Interesting she doesn't mention her "mother tongue" is German. Still fishing for nonwhite status. This bitch is obscenely privileged, above other whites, above her other rich classmates. No one in dire straits could ever afford her education and lifestyle.
Vicky's medical grifts are an assault on the senses, and it's hard to keep track of her various failed grifts. Some of you may recall prior to the MG arc, she was pushing hard for an IBD arc, and insisted on an ER stay for colonoscopy prep. She's failed to get Celiac diagnoses, and I *think* she was pushing for a C diff. diagnosis that failed as well. The poop stuff sorta petered out after she discovered MG while on a vynase bender.
I'm guessing this latest spate of "it's cruel of doctors not to inflict permanent life altering surgeries on people who want them" tweet storm has come about from a few rejected ER/specialist visits in recent days. MG probably ran its course, so she's moving back through older grifts, which may or may not have run their course too.
Others in this thread have pointed of the obvious insanity of pushing for bowel removal when it's not needed. For most normal people, talk of an ileostomy is harrowing because amongst other things it represents you have a disease that has permanently stopped you leading a normal life.
Normal patients will be terrified of them, but doctors rightly use them as last resort because bowels are really tricky and a patient can be looking to run out of options only to find a treatment that helps and they're more or less leading a normal life. Even worse, some diseases like Crohns can just move to different parts of the bowel, and possibly even different tissue entirely if left untreated, making the patient suffer active diseases and invasive surgery.
The psychological impact for most normal patients when talking about ileostomy is that it's the realization they have a disease that will permanently change their life for the worst. It's an awful things for most people to reckon with. For Vicky, it's the whole point. Nothing says "fuck you mom an dad, I was right" like a leaky bag of poop attached to your stoma port.
I wonder what ever happened to Vicki being "non-verbal" and needing AAC devices to communicate? Seems like she gave that LARP up approximately when she moved back to NYC, with little dabblings in it occasionally while in the hospital to make her more helpless around medical staff (yuck).
Agree completely @Attractive Sexhaver - the other thing that I notice about these fakers is that in many situations medical devices like ports or ostomies are put in place to increase medical stability. But munchies just get all the complications and make others who might need those same interventions worry that their disease is going to be untenable.
She's gearing up for another ER visit- crisis imminent.
IF she did get the diagnosis, which she didn't- but if she's being truthful about being told it was myasthenia like (X)- wouldn't she have been prescribed something?,Why not the mestinon she previously claimed was miraculous for her, Does an MG crisis still happen if you're medicated and compliant (X)?
Re the above- I thought the super shiny neurmuscular specialist (or whatever neuro-blah it was) who she didn't even bother to turn up on time for was the best of the best? So why would she want another doctor?
Spring break at NYU starts today apparently- isn't she a little late to try to get admitted to justify missing a deadline? Or can work be submitted during breaks? I was thinking she was a little early to go for an Easter admission (when UK Uni terms ends, so the week before is generally full of deadlines) so checked. She sure likes keeping us on our toes.

She's not just munching for uni but for her entire delusional lifestyle as well. If she ever stopped munching, she might have to face a reality in which she needlessly threw away the best years of her life. I genuinely believe that what she fights most of all is any shred of self awareness that might bubble up in her vapid, childish and selfish mind.
So, for her, keeping busy by inventing illnesses and medical emergencies or numbing her mind with social media or prescription drugs is a year round necessity and not just a treat for exams or deadlines.
