Oh for real, she's so enormously proud of herself for everything she does, from not looking at her phone for a few minutes to dealing with the fake vision loss from her fake illness, she NEVER stops patting herself on the back. It's very funny and very pathetic. I'm sure it's because she came from this high-achieving rich background and deliberately went the other way into intentional helplessness and floundering. Obviously that didn't get her any praise from parents, teachers, or peers (besides twitter munchies) and she has a void that needs filling.
 
So how long until rotdog installation? She's yeeted the teats, but not taken the final step to "manhood".

All I can think of when people talk about rotdogs is Patsy from Absolutely Fabulous having been a "man" in the 1970s, but "it fell off". I never knew how correct it was.

Either way, can you imagine Victoria trying to do post-op care? It would on one hand be heaven to her because of the intensity of the operations, but also hell because she'd need to keep clean. Decisions, decisions...

Vicky would be dead within a year, no hyperbole. If she somehow could be disciplined enough to do all the lead-up care, there is no way she'd manage the short, medium and long term after-care.

Also, I suspect our superstar is quite happy with the way things are, or even she knows it would be a living nightmare to go down that medical rabbit hole...which is saying something for someone who treats trips to the ER like vacation.

Half the time I don't think even she sees herself as a man. Her tweets are often very female/lesbian coded and I don't sense she takes T regularly either.

Sounds like she's super mad they won't give her a port and don't want to give her heavy, risky treatments for an illness she (in case you're just tuning in) has never actually been diagnosed with.

I still don’t understand why she thinks she can’t take prednisone now? I’d like to think some really clever doc saw her MG munching as a way to make her quit the pred and told her it was contraindicated in MG.

Also, her description of what she would dose herself with pred and epinephrine for confirms that she has no idea what anaphylaxis is.

As if we needed confirmation lol.
 
Man y'know I bet she really IS miserable and wants to crawl out of her own skin but I think deep down she also knows that the solution to that problem is getting her fucking act together (and taking frequent showers) and the status quo just feels easier
 
I know she "needs" benadryl to be compounded but if she has hives why can't she take OTC antihistamines like Certerizine or Loratadine:?

It sounds like the docs rightly took her Epi pen away and for whatever reason (it was a full moon last week, i'm not inclined to believe woo but people say it can make you behave oddly) she\s had the sense not to go to the ER for hives.

I started looking for drugs contraindicated for MG and found this which mentioned coritsones so why she wants steroids I do not know. I also read here that benzodiazepines are contraindicated for MG so lol Vicky, but it also says the following which might be her excuse:

Antihistamines, particularly cetirizine, may pose risks for patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) and should be prescribed cautiously. Research indicates that cetirizine can exacerbate symptoms such as diplopia, dysphagia, and facial weakness in affected individuals. Drugs may contribute to MG-like symptoms or worsen existing MG by impacting neuromuscular transmission. Therefore, both patients and healthcare providers should be aware of potential drug interactions that could aggravate MG.


Although not universally contraindicated, antihistamines can reduce acetylcholine (ACh) levels, potentially worsening muscle weakness in MG patients.

Imagine munching in such a way that in totality, the medications for your munched conditions are all mutually contraindicated.

I'm sure such situations arise in non-munchies and I'd seriously feel for them but for Vicky its just hilarious.

What often happens, particularly with seniors, is that they will take medication to manage the side effects of the other medications they are taking. The concern is not really that they won't be able to take anything, but that they'll be taking too much (termed 'polypharmacy'). Once you reach a certain age/level of health, the goal is less to cure you than to play a balancing game, but every pill alters the scale. Vicky's managed to get herself into such an odd and rare position that her entire chart now functions as a massive neon red flag to any and all healthcare providers that interact with her.

Good job Vicks, best start kissing up to mommy and daddy now because your grift is officially o-v-e-r.

She just expects the healthcare system to operate like a fast food drive thru, picking and choosing her "afflictions" and then getting doctor's attention and tests within minutes.

"Yes, I'd like the number 14 special, super sized. That comes with chopped off tits, allergies to anything that casts a shadow, and a power wheelchair, right? I'd also like to add a side of CONSTANT UNENDING AGONY" *Vicky starts rolling around on the floor and moaning*

Most people will do and try literally anything to avoid getting an ostomy. They are a massive transition to make, and change the way your body works (loops are temporary but there are permanent ones too). It costs thousands of dollars a year to purchase the supplies needed to maintain an ostomy and on top of that you will be dealing with the body confidence issues of literally always having a bag of waste attached to your body. There are plenty of examples where people’s quality of life dramatically improves after an ostomy, but that doesn’t alter the fact that it is a scary thing to go through and it is something that will change you forever.

Vicki has no concept of permanency. She doesn’t think about the long term impacts of the life she is choosing to live and has passed the point of no return.
