I think at this point it's 100% confirmed that she's been the recipient of gently used beverages in the past and that the piss fetish didn't originate in her head recently. It's just too much of a coincidence that it appears in nearly every chapter alongside humiliating sex acts and degrading talk. Whatever she deluded herself into thinking she enjoyed just to get some attention from Z grade men must have been awful. It's too bad things ended up the way they are now. She's pooning because of sexual trauma and crazy desperation for love. Not because she actually feels like she was born in the wrong body. I really wish the pooner phase would just end already. Is she trying to say she has a penis hidden inside her because she's important? I'm trying not to armchair as much because it's pointless but I feel like we're getting closer to her admitting she wants to be a man because she was raped/abused, or even because her idol dreams didn't come true and she "failed" as a woman, and the stomach dong only exists in her head. It's something she really, really wants after years of (self-inflicted) torment, therefore it exists. It's the "I'M A HUMAN BEING, PLEASE DON'T KILL ME" histrionics again but now with gender identity bullshit mixed in.

I also wonder if she's saying this along with that passive-aggressive Sonic repost because Debbie's getting more attention than her or even coming home from the assisted living facility, and Sarah's expected to help but she doesn't want to since she hates Debbie. Between this and her crying last month about the doctors wanting to remove it, I agree there's something else going on. And it's really fucking funny if she just woke up one day with pain in her abdomen and instead of being concerned and getting it checked out, her first thought is "I have a penis inside me and it turns out my whole life as a woman was a lie".
