They thought she would just make her little videos and no one would watch them except other retarded people. I guess I'm hopelessly naive because having seen the thumbnails and read the birthday poem, that's what I would expect. The idea that a predator would be willing to listen to her 70 IQ rambling for literally hours every single day for months and months and eventually move himself in would be as likely in my mind as her going viral and becoming a star.

Now that I think about it, do you suppose her family believes he is mentally disabled? Like they assume that they are intellectual equals so there is no exploitation going on? Based on his behavior I can easily see how a misunderstanding like that could occur.

I had troubles in Christian school too, still better than public school. Of course I liked to argue with boomer teachers about theology so..
