I've always thought that this was an myth with the banks?
I'm also calling bullshit solely based on the fact that this needs to be put down in writing and if it was put down in writing we'd see plenty of examples of the terms clearly outlining what is and isn't possible at x% and y% level of niggerification.

Well, I have an example of an public service broadcaster running the DEI scam. And I won't be surprised if the Australians or the Canadians are in on it.

Ok, I know that public TV is low-hanging fruit. But since it's government-sponsered goyslop...

Banks view the governance structure of possible investees as material and thus include it within their ESG risk assessment frameworks. For example, a company's board of directors elevates risk if it consists entirely of white males over sixty in today's environment. Banks themselves are also required to promote ethnic diversity and gender balance within their own boards as well. Mind you, there are significant differences in how this is enforced between the US, EU, and Asia. Still, the practical outcomes are comparable and you can see it by simply reviewing the makeup of the boards of directors at JP Morgan's or BNP Paribas.

I've got a minor example, though I'm not sure whether it's true incompetence or a strategy to make the niggercattle give up on claiming refunds.

I went to cancel tenant insurance a while after moving and the broker (a jeet naturally), asked first for proof of my house insurance, this done she sent a vague reply about processing the refund. When I got charged for another months' insurance I followed up and then she insisted I send an N11 form to verify my move-out date, which was never made because I moved out using an N9. N9 is your standard two months' notice and N11 is a special agreement between landlord and tenant to cancel the lease on a given day in ON. She sent me a blank N11 and basically told me to forge it with the given date. Eventually I got through to the old landlady and got her to sign & scan a backdated copy, and got the refund.

Both. It's incompetence that's weaponized to make people give up on claiming their refunds. It's sometimes a strategic choice to put an absolute retard in a customer support position.

Got minor example/vent:
Started a new STEM position recently, when I was hired my position included fields outside my area of expertise, but I was told I'd be collaborating with other people that had experience in those areas. And they were helpful, for a short time.
One of them vanished after like a month, and since then I learned how to do the shit we needed him for on my own from researching a bunch of papers online, fucker didn't even share his work notes after I personally helped him out. Another one is really helpful on the method and procedure side, but hasn't been as helpful on the scientific interpretation of our data, seems to mostly agree with whatever I say.
Both are some variety of jeet, the latter one has been the best one I know to be honest, in my field I've run into the usual over promising, blame shifting incompetent jeet, and one of those got drunk and promised every guy at the party he would cut their balls off. Score is about 2 good jeets to about 15 bad jeets,

Edit: forgot to mention the first jeet did half the shit wrong and after doing some google searching and literature reading found a better and more durable procedure.

DEI plans also aren’t going to be made public unless a company wants to willingly disclose that. Since it’s not a requirement, they often don’t. Much like how management succession plans aren’t made public either but they exist as a matter of corporate governance. Major lenders and banks absolutely do require diversity plans as part of lending agreements and not meeting those goals puts them in a higher risk category. In an extreme scenario, you can be at risk of breaching the contract.

In practice it results in HR evaluating candidates to pass on to the hiring manager and evaluating who gets selected. HR will be deebly goncerned if you pick a white guy over a diverse candidate and they will want to know why you are selecting this guy. Knew a hiring manager for a really technical team and HR got so spun up about his selections that they insisted on giving him the interview questions he’s allowed to ask and had to require an HR person to be on his interview panel. Needless to say that hiring manager left and got replaced by a chinkess with an MSEE from MIT who is such a bad manager that the entire team almost emptied out and now can’t meet any of their KPIs. Senior management will not do anything about it because firing a Chinese woman with a STEM degree is untouchable. Making her an individual contributor is supposedly out of the question too. But yeah, DEI is totally dead and stuff.

So, is it solely by skin color? Because, all I'm seeing is the usual woman, veterans, and racial minorities comprising 51% of everything for an mildly favorable loan as opposed to exclusively dealing with shit like that.

But hey, that's some good PR up until the Peter Principle kicks in within a few weeks

Be careful where you're looking for information because it's not necessarily straightforward to find. The link that you included is specifically the Business Diversity Lending Program, which is only a small fraction of the bank's activities. Take US Bank Asset Management Group and you'll see that they offer dedicated impact investing which is ESG-focused. Additionally, you can read their 2024 Corporate Responsibility Report if you want a detailed list of ESG-related activities and even a demographic breakdown of their workforce (Annex).

Well, it's not surprising that more than half their workforce is women. But one thing that caught my eye was that they're using the Community Reinvestment Act as an excuse to cater to minorities, which has been going on for quite a while

I thought this was a very good video on using AI and how it makes you dumb and negates the learning process.

This reminded me of a Mati episode that Dear Feeder did some years ago with similar positions on how AI would create a competency crisis. Now he's all for it.

I ended up working at another hotel from 2024 to February of 2025 to make money while in teacher's college. As much as I currently want to rag on pajeets and pajeetas, working class white Gen Xers and Millennials make my blood boil, too.

Tell me why I, the newest hire, am having to train people who have been here for years on the property management system? Tell me why I have to explain how taxes work and how to factor out the municipal sales tax when certain reservations are exempt?

These lard asses would all sit in the hotel restaurant during the day hanging out while they tried to get the Gen Z/Gen Alpha cusp kid fired because she wasn't trained on something, or because she tried to join them instead of manning the desk. These fucking retards will fill the groupchat with birthday celebrations and pictures of ugly newborn grandbabies, but won't bother to inform anyone of the massive fucking leak in the restaurant ceiling. Thank god I don't like to shit next to guests, otherwise I wouldn't have seen it and saved the entire hotel from more damages.

~~
My experiences in teacher's college have also made me realize that it wasn't just my teachers that were massive retards. The number of people who want to be French teachers in my country (outside of Québec and New Brunswick) who cannot speak French is astounding. It's worth noting that I made a retired elementary school teacher chimp out because I requested that we get additional support hours due to her running our entire section in English. Some quick anecdotes:

  • I suggested during a PD day that we should go over how the publishing industry works when finishing up a writing unit, as some of the students write as a hobby. These women acted like I was blowing their minds (even though one of them is a published author herself).
  • They seriously act as though they have to have iPads so that way the browns and the slants can translate from their first language, but don't know what to do about the rampant cheating and A.I. use. Somehow these women had their minds blown at the suggestion that the schools should have invested in bilingual dictionaries (specifically with the reference material in the other language) when they started to accept money to teach these kids.

I worked with a woman who didn't know she had to specify which pages to print, instead of just how many. She asked me why it wouldn't work if she set something to print page 1-3 when the section starts on page 12. She would also re-arrange the schedule without letting clients know because some clients asked to be moved up if there were any cancellations, which isn't very helpful if they don't know they've been moved up.

Gen Alpha STILL Can't Read and it's getting WORSE

This video essay looks at how Gen Alpha students struggle to read even basic texts in school, let alone books. The education crisis is seeing teachers quitting in record numbers as test scores plummet.

Boy am I glad my elementary teachers banged in the way to read a numbered and numberless clock to my skull by focusing on the basic foundations of the moving parts (AND THEIR PURPOSE)

I had it better than I assumed, I'm still underwhelmed by our history curriculum and it looks like it's somehow gotten worse. And mathematics... Fuck I lucked out there. I never would have graduated high school or middle school if some teachers didn't help me cheat cause I took too long to answer a question on algebra and geometry tests. God bless them.

Honestly don't sound like it's all gen alphas fault it's a mix of bad parenting and even worse teachers than we had now that all the good ones retired by now (let me tell you AGAIN, now that all the good ones retired... Sound like any other industries?).

This guy's clearly engagement bait that you may have fell for but I see some of what you're saying. My family however have Gen Alpha and they can read fine. I still hate the new way they learn to read, they're not fucking allowed to sound words out anymore??? There's your problem. The competency crisis is multi-symptomatic. It's a festering disease with flawed institutions crumbling at their foundation. It's no wonder why shits fucked.

Honestly who the fuck uses analog clocks anymore? Grandma at best.

I wasn't shown how to operate a telegram machine either.

What is more worrying is the US youth not knowing which is to the North, Mexico or Canada.

99% of the education “crisis” is rooted in the system getting flummoxed that heccin’ niggerinos continue to end up dead last in education. So now everything has to be a rigmarole and overly complicated processes so it’s harder for non-blacks to learn too. Giving up on yet another Rube Goldberg scheme means conceding that blacks are not as capable of whites on average.

I think analog clock reading is still a good skill to have, just like it's good to know how to do maths without a calculator. And a number of places still use analog clocks.

Analog clocks simply look better. Although I concede they can be confusing when you wake up after an afternoon nap and have no idea whether it is still evening today, or morning tomorrow.
