such shallow goals to, your completely right and trump thinks he can somehow isolate china from the world oil market while Bibi thinks he can bomb his way into a better enighborhood

I swear we need to approproiate an isreal sized bit of land in alaska and just move the bastards, they picked BAD REAL ESTATE, cut you damn losses holy shit, its like 40 msuslim nations and you want them all to change for YOU? THEY ARE RETARDED ITS WHAT THEY DO, MOVEEEEEE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Sorry got a little MatI for a second, its just so dumb, you could REMOVE IRAN FROM THIS CORPOREAL REALM and it dosent change Israels problems 1 iota, they would still be surrounded by Muslims who hate them.

I miss when global conflicts were about things that mattered like a Archduke getting shot or the jews needing to move, oh shit, it really is them ALL the time isent it.
The china stuff is just a secondary cope for being Israel's bitch.

Iran is in a Afghanistan situation the Rag heads over there used to say "You Americans have the watches but we have the time".
The issue is that strategy only works if the overwhelming majority of your country doesn't absolutely hate you; I'm not so sure that's the case for Iran given the fact that, just a few weeks ago, there were massive anti-regime protests that only ceased after the government killed several 9/11's worth of people. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that the Iranian regime is certain to fall, but I do find it strange how so many people ITT operate under the assumption that a majority of Iranians support their government given the events of both '25 and '23.

Man, what efficiency from the Azeris! Sentenced to prison on the same day they caught them!
Azerbaijan's State Security Service (SSS) announced on Friday that it had prevented a series of planned terrorist and sabotage operations, as well as intelligence-gathering activities, orchestrated by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
As a result of the preventive operational measures carried out by the State Security Service (SGS), the terrorist plans were thwarted. Azerbaijani citizens Tarhan Tarlan oghlu Guliyev, Nijat Zaman oghlu Aghayev, Asad Tofig oghlu Abdullayev, and Rashad Farhad oghlu Rustamov were found guilty under the relevant articles and sentenced to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment.

While satellites are often overhyped for tracking moving targets in real time (i.e ships), one of the things they are good at is change over time.
When you build a tunnel, the rocks and dirt have to go somewhere, and usually need dump trucks, etc. to haul out (which over time leave big, obvious tracks). Over time, specific sites build up nearby debris and you end up with visible tracks disappearing into a mountain.

To collapse such tunnels, even the smaller 2000lb - 5000lb bunker busters can do the job.
your right in theory but its one of those things that you need to have done first hand to appreciate

satellites dont shrink the earth, there is still just as much space everywhere, they can also stay in 1 position if you ask them to but thing is you need to know the position, other than that they have to stay "in orbit" so those are the options, 1 locked known location or to move you have to be in orbit.

do you see the problem? You cant "double back" and check slightly above or below the grid you just passed until you make another complete pass OR have another satellite come in behind you

this is where there becomes MASSIVE demand for satellite priority EVERYONE wants the prio beacuse their is a very finite amount of satelites period but especially of the high quality resolution ones with fast data uplinks.

So for the past 20 years you need to ask yourself how high on the priority list do you think combing the Zagros mountains looking for dirt piles that might have moved?

you get my point? Thats why satellites are so busted for ship tracking cause you usually have a pretty rough idea where they are and can target that grid, but if your just looking for landscape changes in the 14th largest country on earth you will be in for a headache and a angry email about improper equipment usage.

Allow me to interrupt this round of overly :optimistic: assessments of Sino-Russian & Iranian capabilities as well as Stud dredging up headlines & arguments which have been had pages upon pages ago to bring you all some new information, beginning with another nightly clip of Javid Shah chants from Tehran - just earlier today - where the guy leading the neighborhood's chant is even ballsy enough to use loudspeakers.

A Persian ouiaboo films strikes on Tehran earlier still in the afternoon, says 'Merci Trump, Merci Netanyahu' in-between her Farsi.

Overnight strikes in Shiraz, south-central Iran (the nation's 5th largest city). The target appears to be Shahid Dastgheib Airport, the largest in southern Iran.

Another strike in the same city around the same time, reportedly hitting targets in/around Vali Asr Square.

Stud, ships tend to move, mountains generally don't.

There are massive anti-Donald Trump protests in America, people not liking their government isn't unusual, and works better when you aren't actively bombing areas where the opposition live.
Surely the 1000th protest against Trump will work this time. Let me know when the US turns into what Iran has been going through these past few months before the attacks, because then I would actually believe you.

(shut up about light mode, I can already hear you dark nigger cretins. I use it to build resiliency so the flash bangs have no effect)

has this been included in the thread yet? Is this not an act of war chat?

I beg someone to explain why this takes longer than a fucking day? you have all the high prio targets picked out and you eliminate them, this isent a multi day process. How on earth do we get to weeks? we either know where everything is and can hit it or we are just kinda taking potshots for as long as it feels good, there is no other explanation,
The ultimate goal is to precipitate an internal uprising in Iran that will topple the regime. In order to prevent this hypothetical uprising from being suppressed (like those protests were a few weeks back), the US/Israel wants to degrade the regime's internal policing capability via the targeting of IRGC/police. This is in addition to the targeting of high ranking figures, missile launchers, military bases, etc. Point is, there are a lot of different things we want to target and we want to be as thorough as possible because we want to be sure (or at least as sure as possible) that the regime will actually fall this time.
Tearful Iranians are literally begging Trump for merci as bombs rain down upon their beloved government. Will Cheeto Hitler's bloodlust NEVER be satiated?

So far these protestors have done jack shit, probably because like I said they're having missiles rained down on them as well by their "saviors."
Well, that and the fact that the US and Pahlavi have explicitly asked them to remain in their homes and not act against the regime yet.
