He was the one who brought it up, unprompted, like it was some kind of brilliant gotcha against Josh/Hardin. In light of that it's hard to believe there's anything worse than garden variety plights + unsubstantiated claims against Dear Feeder. If it does end up being unsealed the most we might get is new lore about evictions or getting fired.

What you say is true, but Greer also teeters on the edge of being flat broke on a regular basis. He's being somewhat truthful even though he could afford to pay the fees if he would stop wasting his money on whores or his hopeless dreams of opening a brothel. It's impossible to know what's really true when Russell lies so regularly and about even the most trivial of matters, but him whining about not wanting the contents of the documents to be public could just as easily be an excuse after the fact as a true motive. If it weren't for the fact that he regularly puts embarrassing information into the docket himself on a regular basis, Greer having deleted his copy of the documents and no longer possessing them would be a lot less believable. As dubious as that may seem, Greer is stupid and duplicitous enough to do exactly that.

Looking at the prices, it probably cost him $100 or more. Wonder where else that money could have gone?
In other news, I just noticed that Russ eviction hearing is in 5 and a half hours. I expect we might see an order regarding the conclusion the Judge reached by today. If his previous attendance records are of any indication, he will not be present.

This is actually super weird. Russ is risking eviction and is paying for frivolous shit like this. The time for service in Nevada is 120 days. It's been 33 days (as of today) since the lawsuit was filed. Russ had nearly 90 more days remaining. The timing is absurd to the extreme. He gains nothing from this risk, but he does risk being homeless.

But in his mind he'll win instantly and get a million dollars or Viatron will just settle for the $200K that he wanted. You'd think him being embroiled in a five plus long year lawsuit against Kiwifarms, a website, would have made him understand lawsuits take a long time but I guess not.

So his hearing would be about 1:30pm EST. How long would it take between the ruling being issued and the website being updated?

Not sure. I think if the ruling is issued in the hearing we should have an update within an hour or so. If you recall, with the "Russ sues Mr. Hardin" case, we got update after an update, pretty much as they happened

This appears to have been served on the wrong person. The service agent sites NRS 14.020 for serving it on "YOLANDA RODARTE", but NRS 14.020 allows service only on registered agents. The registered agent for Viatron is Geoff, not Yolanda.
My guess is that Russ might have been relying on NRS 14.020 3. (b)
Except there was nothing to suggest that the woman is empowered to accept service. The person who served her didn't so much as attach an affidavit to show that they heard her claim she was allowed to accept service.
