I have to wonder why Chris wants to attend these conventions so badly in the first place. He doesn't do well in large crowds, and he only enjoys one specific "generation" of MLP. Before he gets thrown out, does he actually have fun at these things? Or does it all just stress him out? What is the best case scenario in his mind?
Because to Chris, the convention scene is where he feels the most comfortable, it is the solution to him aching for those nostalgic days of MHS where was was accepted by just being
him. The fact those precious days of his have long since been exposed as being almost Truman Show-like in how artificial it all only underscoring why he loves conventions. There's no artificial nature, he can be a retard in all the ways he wants and he isn't judged AS HARSHLY as he is in normal everyday life.
Where Chris fucks up is his continued inability to recognize
boundaries. He will just go right into being all huggy and touchy where most well adjusted people wouldn't because it's CREEPY AS FUCK behavior. In a post-Me Too
and post-COVID pandemic world where any kind of unwanted, unsolicited physical interaction can cause a massive shitshow that derails an entire convention.
I think you get 86'd from conventions not evicted.
Anyways, what cunts, let Chris go to the fucking con.
Con faggots will jump through hoops for Sangie or Kero the Wolf but want to act like they have grounds to ban Chris from everything for life.
The nigger didn't enter a guilty plea, his no contest plea is technically
not an admission of guilt, and we will
never know the whole story, because Chris aint particularly reliable and neither are the people who snitched on him. I think he did the crime, don't get me wrong, but I see furries and bronies move mountains for their nonce friends, and none of those people have done their time or had their case ruled nolo contendre. At what point does Chris Chan,
who I might remind you doesn't have an incest conviction on his record; when does he get to say "ok I paid my debt" and fucking move on? Let Chris con. What are you afraid of? That he's gonna steal your mom?
If this was dragoneer sweeping for someone they thought was useful to them, someone who sold Brony porn maybe, Chris would be allowed in a heartbeat.
Well, that's just it - Chris isn't anybody's friend with these circles. Nobody is going to stick their neck out for him being a creepy retard, then once they realize he's
him, with his full history of weird behavior, he turns into a risk of action being leveraged against the convention
itself for letting somebody with such a fully documented history of trouble causing more of it
because he is literally, psychologically incapable of not making bad decisions.
Hasn't "Chris Chan" shown signs of being gay? And if he shows signs of being a potential child molester, I should not be too surprised: after all, he did "heal" his old mom.
He's not gay, he just hates being male because of the general pop-culture depiction of men that he never had a shot of achieving. Like the majority of people alive on Earth, but Chris never puts in the effort to actually improve himself long term. That's why he basically envisioned himself as being a knockoff Sailor Neptune during the high point of this stupid god complex he's developed.
According to my channels, this
is the result of his (because that
is the con chair) bad actions during Chris Chan getting perp-walked out of the hotel by trying to prevent people recording on their phones. Still getting details about it.
Suffice to say, every other pony convention is likely now making
damn sure that Christian Weston Chandler does not get sold a ticket, except maybe Neighcon and Mare Fair, because from what I know the people who run those conventions are 4channers and would most likely exploit Chris.
I don't believe this, not for a second. I was about to go "Maybe they're not terminally online" but they're fucking bronies and guaranteed they know who the fuck Chris chan is due to not only his infamy online as a whole, but also his infamy within their own fandom. Most conventions centred around a theme will talk with each other via some back channels and usually share banlists and lists of infamous people, especially post a lot of the issues furry/tumblr cons had, so there's no way in fucking hell half the organisers didn't know who Chris was.
I feel this is them trying to sidestep blame with the most retarded excuse known to man, probably because he did use his real name and they spotted it, shrugged and went "Noone'll care now surely."
From what I've been able to discern, this falls on the registration team who didn't recognize the name "Christian Chandler" and allowed the automated ticket sale to remain valid. Then he showed up in the White Ranger costume and wasn't
immediately obvious.
1. This is the good ending and the convention where he went hedgehog-mode is the bad one.
2. This happening again suggests the “great meme reset” people were correct.
3. I love that the convention-janny getting angry with con-goers for filming is also wearing some creepy moe-anime-girl nonsense on his t-shirt. He makes Chris look good by comparison.
4. If Chris ever interacts with the legal system again and requires a jury of his peers, I bet you’ll see some of the people in the background. The end of Seinfeld-style.
5. Chris going full Roman is less about fascism and more about autism. Like when Elon did it, they wanted to reach out to the audience and assumed the context of being who they were would dispel the Nazi interpretation. Like it never occurs to them. It’s a theory of mind thing. Chris is probably mimicking some cool pose (from the Power Rangers?) and not considering a Western context.
On point 3, that's the Convention T-Shirt with the convention mascots.
On Point 5, it likely was more like he was aping Jesus raising his hands since he was giving some stupid light power spiel.
