So I wasn't the only one thinking that. For a second I misheard him saying 'my power' as 'white power' cause of the sound quality and had a wtf moment

Bucky o'hare is from 1991 and was more popular than you might think right up until about 1994, with a whole merch and toy line that alot of kids were into back in the day

a more obscure and lesser known series would have been toxic crusaders, but even that had a merch and toy line for awhile

Is MLP even a big enough thing anymore? The show has ended years ago and the new one doesnt seem to have built or kept any sort of fanbase as big so you'd think bronies just kind of drifted off to other fanbases, I guess.

I stand corrected, it seems.

It’s probably already been remarked on, but he is the right age and even if they haven’t endured like sonic or transformers, they were pretty huge for a few years.

Bronies were in my opinion the first signs of the degeneracy which lead to troonery and an over tolerance for questionable sexual conduct.
Allowing men to celebrate being into a children’s cartoon originally made specifically to market toy horses for little girls was a peculiar move by society.

I don’t think it is any coincidence that Chris himself was an early brony, even if that was mostly to try to get in one of his targets knickers.
He was always like a predictor of insane trends.

I have some knowledge on this by watching some of those people before. The fandom is still around. However, it's not as big as it used to be. After Generation 4 was over the fandom stopped caring as much when it came to Generation 5. Most of the newer stuff wasn't good. The only well liked thing from that Generation was the movie showing off the new characters. There was also a pretty big exodus on a lot of popular My Little Pony boards and other such sites around 2020. Because of the Black Lives Matter stuff going on.

With Derpibooru getting hit by the exodus the most around that time. Since it's the most popular booru site for My Little Pony stuff. Because of a article from a long time ago trying to associated them with nazis. The site was taking down any art and things like that. Along with anything critical of Black Lives Matter. A ton of artists got pissed at the staff for not speaking up and giving an opinion about those things. Instead of deleting them and staying silent. Along with hating the increased pro censorship from the site itself. Since some of the mods went mad with power during that time.
