Any mention of the Milwaukee Micro gets an immediate response from Rick. He just can't resist correcTing that particular record.

fauceting is from the very first (torswats) swatt (jul '22). (eg actual 'swat')
The video where he is raising his fist filmed by niki is much later in Apr '23 where it was the [n]th swat of the day
Most likely 3rd 11th or 12th (all those days had a minimum of 3x SWATTS)

Despite all the crying in the court documents about being naked and dragged out etc. that's just his sob story intro. He isn't actually suing for anything to do with the first swat (the only time naked and cuffed happened).
I'll need to check over some dates but I don't think any of the incidents were a time when guns were drawn at fatty/niki either.
They all seem to be:
fatty or niki being difficult and police just asking to do their job and arguments result.
The police asked to do something and despite Pat or Nik giving consent at the time, they are now trying to walk it back.
Some officers made a remark* (something like "is she serious?") about niki , who after being asked to come to the door for proof of life, exited the building like she had the entire US SEAL sniper team trained on her, to the bemusement of two officers standing around (with no weapons drawn)
Fatty didn't like that an officer peered into the pepperoni dungeon. [bodycam?]

All the other complaints are fatty crying that any other officer present are guilty for not neutralizing the offending officer(s) for the perceived slight against him.

*I don't even think niki heard this at the time either. it was said from one officer to another outside when niki was exiting, It was something taken from the bodycams. That's where a lot of the charges seem to come from, eg basement peeking.
