Nigga, I wanted to know how this is a W, when ICE is doing a “drawdown”, to anyone normal that sounds like Trump lost. The last thing any of us want is a fucking blue wave.
a drawdown isn't a withdrawal. They are turning over the illegals to ICE/DHS from the jails, and cooperating on the ground there. We don't need 2500 agents there anymore, a thousand will work just as well now.

WHen was the last time you seen more than a couple dozen people crying and shitting themselves in a protest there?

They are going back to the original amount of officers there (1,000).
Estimated between 90k and 130k illegals in MN (I call bs, number is certainly higher, but let’s go with it.)

If 1,000 feds are separated into 10 man squads that’s 100 squads, if each squad arrests say 10 illegals every week that’s 1,000 monkeys caught. So 130 weeks-ish to clear the state.

130 weeks is about 32.5 months so about 2.7 years give or take.

Doable.

ICE has begun mass inspections of tractor trailers at state borders, with video from the Florida‑Georgia line showing dozens of empty trailers after drivers were stopped and arrested for failing to meet English-language compliance requirements.

Hell, start hanging out at gas stations in the morning and grabbing every beat to shit truck and rape van with a trailer falling apart and overloaded with mowers.

Will clean the suburbs up immediately

And that’s not even counting local LEO cooperation.

Superior American texmex filled to the brim with peppers and beef and chicken > "authentic Mexican" unspiced chopped lamb heart and donkey brain "tacos" where it's 90% cilantro and onions

Every time a stinky group of foreigners arrives in America they are dumbfounded and agog at the superior array of ingredients and more access to meat than they could ever hope to afford in their mud hut shit barn countries.

Italians, Chinamen, Mexicans. All of them came here and upon finding beef to cost a pittance incorporated it into their mainly vegetable and grain heavy diets.
Real take: Spic food of all types is mid af.

Now Chinese-Anerican food? That's the shit. It's got the hearty palate of Chinese food without all the pig ears and dog and shit that the chinks like. I'd take General Tso's over a taco any day.

Are you a stupid wigger or willfully ignorant? Guacamole comes from the Aztecs and was then encountered by and adapted by conquistadors in the 1500s. Dipshit
And every "authentic" mexican food place I've been to has served zero Guacamole you fucking retard. Instead I get tripe or ox tail in soup that's not even spicy.

Tex-Mex is all the good stuff that spics can't actually afford to eat.

Just admit you thought Tex-Mex was just California founded Taco Bell.

Third Circuit ruled that sending files "that allow anyone with a 3D printer [...] to produce a fully functional, single-shot plastic pistol that has no serial number and cannot be traced by law enforcement" is not covered by the First Amendment in this instance.

I’m sure nobody is going to give a fuck what the third circuit says and this is definitely an issue for the SCOTUS

We all know you don't like tacos.

The Democrats are doing a speedrun of "destroying the legitimacy of the judiciary." We're supposed to have these lower courts so the Supreme Court doesn't have to deal with everything, but here we are.

To really hammer this home, I've had family move out of Texas to other states who were appalled by what passed for "Tex-mex" there.

I'm fairly certain that Tex-mex outside of the area in red is just called "Mexican" by the rest of the nation and is universally shit unless it's someone overcharging for what Texans apparently take for granted.

Full disclosure, I've had some good Tex-Mex in New Mexico too.

I don’t trust LEO, it took Trump’s top spic-Hunter to personally bully Walz and Frey into compliance. The moment he leaves or focuses his attention else where, the insurrection will start again.

Remember these are the same LEO that let these baboons run amok in the first place.

And
here, Appellants’ allegations suffer from two fatal deficiencies:
(1) they do not allege how sharing their coded computer files
violates the New Jersey Statute; and (2) they have not plausibly
pleaded that Defense Distributed’s code is covered by the First
Amendment.
As to the first deficiency, the statute by its terms
regulates code that “may be used to program” a 3D printer.
N.J. Stat. Ann. § 2C:39-9(l)(2). Consistent with our previous
analysis of the statute’s scope, it simply does not prohibit or
burden the distribution of things like “files about the National
Firearms Act.” App. 261. But the complaint fails to identify,
or provide information sufficient to infer, which aspects of the
digital firearms information are proscribed by the statute.

While the complaint lists a variety of file types (e.g.,
(.igs), (.stl), (.skp) (.pdf) (.stp)), it is unclear which, if any, of
those are CAD or CAM files. It is unclear what information
those files provide, how they are used, whether they are part of
the 3D printing process, or what ideas they convey, if any.

It is not lost on us that CAD and CAM files may not, as
a technical matter, fit neatly within the
source-code/object-code framework. After all, useful as it is
for a First Amendment analysis of that code and analogous
files, different file formats could raise somewhat different
issues, and here, we have a variety in play (.dwg, .stp, .stl, .igs,
.sldprt, .skp, .txt). Ultimately, however, we have no occasion
to consider the specific properties of CAD and CAM files, nor
whether those properties suggest they are protected by the First
Amendment, because the complaint does not sufficiently
explain the technical nature of those files. Indeed, the District
Court provided Appellants with an opportunity to amend their
complaint and include additional allegations that would enable
the Court to assess whether they have plausibly alleged that the
code at issue is covered by the First Amendment. Appellants
declined to do so, and the District Court therefore correctly
dismissed their complaint with prejudice.

The court is made up of boomers who need to have file types explained to them. The boomers gave the appellants a second chance to explain file types to them and the appellants refused.

Sad
