They don’t need to surge officers when the state is cooperating. Texas is a far larger state, with less personnel, but it has way more deportations. Why? Because Abbott actually works with the feds.

If you think that this would effect midterms it could if someone has been mind rotted by the online right griftosphere but the left are just as if not more demoralized.
