Hello, I'm Eastern Orthodox and Experience a bunch of church drama from these people coming into the church. Not that I wasn't at one point one of those people, but we had a real problem around after Covid with a bunch of people kept starting drama with every other long term parishioner about literally everything.

Catholicism has also had to deal with this issue since Covid. Both traditionalist and normie cradle Catholics tend to be waaaaaay more chill and normal than many recent converts, most often from Evangelical Christianity. Often (but of course not always, there are plenty of great converts of goodwill and it should be taken on a case-by-case basis) they'll bring in elements of (particularly the American bent) Evangelical Christianity with them including the HOA Karen mentality as well as lacking in charity when talking about either the Pope or the church hierarchy. You'll see cases where people who converted the previous month will gossip about the outfits of other parishioners or call people who have been a part of that parish their entire lives 'pew warmers' for being what they deem to be insufficiently zealous, or they'll go into an autistic deep dive into studying theology without adequate training or understanding of how to approach it or Church tradition and neglect the nuances of the actual lived experience of the faith (unfortunately Thomism in particular has been flooded with cases like these, which is a real shame because their understanding of Thomism often becomes a funhouse mirror version which differs sharply from the thought of Aquinas himself, who was a profound mystic first and foremost rather than some clinically rational automaton). Or they over-correct and immediately start to purity spiral and get eaten alive by unnecessary scupulosity, which is really sad to see. In that case they just need a lot of prayers and genuine spiritual guidance by a priest equipped to handle those kinds of cases or a psychological evaluation.

Yeah, I've had a lot of problems with this in my church that I'm going to for a better part of five years. We got a bunch of newer people and they all just started starting drama with me. Other members of the parish who started drama with me got drama started with them. It's just very petty. Vindictive and very Protestant.
Gen Z seems to have this idea of Christianity where you can just drive people out of A community that they've been for for three or five years because you personally think they act a bit strangely.
I would say Gen Z needs a lot of. Christian reflection and are literally filled with sociopaths. Also, they like to form little cliques inside the church, which is very unchristian.
I guarantee you all these influencers are as bad as Christian as those mega church pastors. Then again, they would probably do better though, because those churches are filled with sociopathic freaks.
