If the landlord really did send threatening messages to Russell, that complaint could be a bit unhinged, as well. At least, that's what I'm hoping for.

Well oiled and ready for the long run, indeed. I hope the landlord eats him alive. The landlord showed that he has $71 bucks. Russ really is in trouble now. That's like a fortune in Russ money

Sorry, maybe my post wasn't clear. It was the landlord who paid $71. Russ got his $71 fee waived by the courtRussell has $71 to pay a slumlord, but nothing to get a document the court ordered him to get.
I hope the landlord eats him alive.
It's a classic trap these jurisdictions fall into:This has actually become a huge problem in renter tennent friendly places like NYC. Where property owners have been locked out of their homes or rental properties for over a year fighting Secondhand Air BNB Squatters. Some States have started to stomp down on it hard. I believe Georgia just instituted a law allowing pretty much immediate removal for things like that. The Courts are finally starting to develop the caselaw and laws are finally starting to be put in place to end or greatly reduce the fuckery. But it's still a complete horror show in many ways for the property owners. Therer have been a lot of surprised property owners that have found their property listed on AirBNB without their permission and professional squatters shitting up the place.
See, guys, I told you this one was going to go fast. Like grease through a goose. There are a couple things he could conceivably do to delay this (and a couple he could do to amuse us) but on the principle of "don't help the retard" I won't go into it.Michael Schaefer vs. Russell Greer

I'm gonna get these ones slower to avoid paying additional fees. The curiosity isn't burning as brightly as originally, and I think I can wait (if you all can too). Seems like the only doc worth of note is the Landlord complaint.
While Russhole is such an insufferable piece of shit he could put Gandhi in a punching mood, he also lies a lot. His idea of "threats" and "harassment" is utter lunacy. Look how he is completely tard raging about required notifications of witnesses in Greer v. Moon.If the landlord really did send threatening messages to Russell, that complaint could be a bit unhinged, as well. At least, that's what I'm hoping for.
This isn't the Greer V Moon thread, so we can actually DISCUSS Russell's lolsuits without a paranoid Null and mods hushing us as they hide under the couch for fear of Russell reading what we say! There are a couple things he could conceivably do to delay this (and a couple he could do to amuse us) but on the principle of "don't help the retard" I won't go into it.
True, but maybe @AnOminous just wants to see Greee squirm like the rest of us, and doesn't want to accidentally deprive of us of this opportunity! This isn't the Greer V Moon thread, so we can actually DISCUSS Russell's lolsuits without a paranoid Null and mods hushing us as they hide under the couch for fear of Russell reading what we say!
The things he could do in a tenant-hostile jurisdiction are limited, but still, why would I want to help him tard out when he's very good at tarding out?True, but maybe @AnOminous just wants to see Greee squirm like the rest of us, and doesn't want to accidentally deprive of us of this opportunity!
None of this makes any sense to me. I don't understand how you can have a lease that isn't agreed with the property owner. How do you avoid the situation where somebody rents a place for one night on AirBNB and the person you rent to subleases the place to a pile of random bandits determined to stay as long as possible for free? Do you have to go through the eviction process with those people who just showed up in your apartment out of nowhere?
It's right that legitimate renters should have protection, but here in the UK there's no way in hell Greer has any kind of lease under these circumstances. Though I suppose you'd still need to go through court proceedings to get somebody evicted here as well, so perhaps not that different?
When I think of the Tards struggles with whores, brothels, zoning, employment and residential accomodations - I have to admit that I would like to see him succeed at what I think his ultimate goal is:The things he could do in a tenant-hostile jurisdiction are limited, but still, why would I want to help him tard out when he's very good at tarding out?
I want the universe to unfuck itself for even just a few minutes and bitch slap Russ with everything he's had coming. Lose his lawsuit against null, be ordered to pay nine million dollaridoos to kiwi farms (a website), forced to register as a vexatious litigant, and, crucially, be banned from all brothels and brothel-related activities from now until the end of time.stuff
“The average squatter,” says James Jacobs, “has no melee experience.”
I've theorized before that if awarded attorney's fees, when evidence comes out Russell's been frequenting brothels for thousands a trip instead of paying Null, Hardin should be able to file an injunction against Russell seeing any prostitutes until Null is paid in full, which might as well be the rest of Russell's lifewant the universe to unfuck itself for even just a few minutes and bitch slap Russ with everything he's had coming. I am wondering if the plots will intersect, and maybe ViaTron decides to "settle this out of court" and Schaefer gives them the key to the apartment so they can "evict" Russell for himSchaefer needs to install some tactically positioned security cameras (à la Fishtank) and then hire ASAP Squatter Removal to deal with Russ. If he publishes the resulting video, I will gladly contribute to his legal defense.

whatHardin should be able to file an injunction against Russell seeing any prostitutes
he could submit pictures of how his "pimp hand" is so much stronger than his non-pimp hand.

You come to your property, expecting it to be free of society's dregs inhabiting it, and instead find police tape all around charred rubble and a bunch of dead bodies.
