If the landlord really did send threatening messages to Russell, that complaint could be a bit unhinged, as well. At least, that's what I'm hoping for.

The landlord showed that he has $71 bucks. Russ really is in trouble now. That's like a fortune in Russ money

This was some turns I was not expecting, russ is in way worse than most of us guessed and I feel like this is only the tip of the iceberg plus we got the rest of this stuff going to hit him.

Droolie won't have the ability to get a payday loan to buy a cheap gun and end it.

Ofc there's a tranny involved, is it possible for a lolcow to NOT have a tranny somewhere in their fuck ups?

This has actually become a huge problem in renter tennent friendly places like NYC. Where property owners have been locked out of their homes or rental properties for over a year fighting Secondhand Air BNB Squatters. Some States have started to stomp down on it hard. I believe Georgia just instituted a law allowing pretty much immediate removal for things like that. The Courts are finally starting to develop the caselaw and laws are finally starting to be put in place to end or greatly reduce the fuckery. But it's still a complete horror show in many ways for the property owners. Therer have been a lot of surprised property owners that have found their property listed on AirBNB without their permission and professional squatters shitting up the place.
It's a classic trap these jurisdictions fall into:
-Pass a law designed to protect citizens against the most media-attentive, negative stereotype version of a problem
-Law has obvious loopholes for bad actors to exploit
-People in charge of enforcing the law are both hamstrung by how poorly it was written and the complaining parties aren't sympathetic at all to the electorate
-A new form of government-backed injustice is created, having downstream effects that winds up harming the population it was set to protect (landlords didn't used to demand 3x the rent in monthly income, a credit report, 2x rents deposit, etc to get in an apartment. Now they have to, to screen out people who will take them to court and stay there in perpetuity)

The places cracking down hard on the laws are in jurisdictions outside the retard sphere where the local lefties just copied whatever NYC or LA did and when it immediately went to shit the rest of the political machine was able to say "yeah fuck that" and go in to fix it.

Michael Schaefer vs. Russell Greer

I'm gonna get these ones slower to avoid paying additional fees. The curiosity isn't burning as brightly as originally, and I think I can wait (if you all can too). Seems like the only doc worth of note is the Landlord complaint.
See, guys, I told you this one was going to go fast. Like grease through a goose. There are a couple things he could conceivably do to delay this (and a couple he could do to amuse us) but on the principle of "don't help the retard" I won't go into it.

Let's just say that barring a sudden cash infusion the outcome of this case is entirely predictable, unavoidable, and imminent.

While Russhole is such an insufferable piece of shit he could put Gandhi in a punching mood, he also lies a lot. His idea of "threats" and "harassment" is utter lunacy. Look how he is completely tard raging about required notifications of witnesses in Greer v. Moon.

This isn't the Greer V Moon thread, so we can actually DISCUSS Russell's lolsuits without a paranoid Null and mods hushing us as they hide under the couch for fear of Russell reading what we say!

True, but maybe @AnOminous just wants to see Greee squirm like the rest of us, and doesn't want to accidentally deprive of us of this opportunity!

The things he could do in a tenant-hostile jurisdiction are limited, but still, why would I want to help him tard out when he's very good at tarding out?

The juggling of fees russ picks and chooses to pay is ridiculous. A competent legal system should be able to get a simple high level view of a single pro se litigant constantly dipping in and out of claiming poverty and act accordingly, but I fantasize.

None of this makes any sense to me. I don't understand how you can have a lease that isn't agreed with the property owner. How do you avoid the situation where somebody rents a place for one night on AirBNB and the person you rent to subleases the place to a pile of random bandits determined to stay as long as possible for free? Do you have to go through the eviction process with those people who just showed up in your apartment out of nowhere?

It's right that legitimate renters should have protection, but here in the UK there's no way in hell Greer has any kind of lease under these circumstances. Though I suppose you'd still need to go through court proceedings to get somebody evicted here as well, so perhaps not that different?

If you live in a blue shithole state, you gotta be very careful with squatters. Its part of the reason why living in democrat run states or cities suck.
You're likely safe with airbnb as long as you keep the stays short term and you are diligent about getting the guests out after their stay is over. Tenant laws usually only kick in after they stay for a set number of days, so you wouldn't need to evict them and can just call the police.
If you do leave squatters alone for long enough, they become your legal tenants that don't pay rent. You are not allowed to do anything to them aside from legal eviction. You cannot even turn off utilities since it would be constructive eviction. The squatters can fuck up your property with no repercussions. A lot of property owners end up trying to pay the squatters to leave. There was a HBO show that made fun of this situation

Aside from squatters, tenancy laws are very broad on purpose. Having an established pattern of paying someone regularly while living in their house is more than enough to establish you as a tenant. A lot of people rent rooms or sublease with random people on craigslist. I used to rent rooms when I moved a lot when I was younger. I had only 1 official looking lease from a landlord who worked in an industry adjacent to property management. Everyone else didn't do any paperwork, or at most had me sign something that said "Sad Fridge agrees to pay 1000 a month to rent a room" on the back of a flyer, which would be a legal lease agreement.

When I think of the Tards struggles with whores, brothels, zoning, employment and residential accomodations - I have to admit that I would like to see him succeed at what I think his ultimate goal is:

Russ wants to work-from-home. I want to see that happen. One massive lawsuit against his landlord, Las Vegas, the State of Nevada, the state of Utah and Mathew Hardin.

The purpose: his constitutional right to convert his 2 bedroom apartment into an ADA compliant (for him) brothel/office/music studio. Nothing would be funnier than an IFP pimp-in-training filing affadavits about how his sex-free/mirror-free apartment is safe for women. he could submit pictures of how his "pimp hand" is so much stronger than his non-pimp hand.

I want the universe to unfuck itself for even just a few minutes and bitch slap Russ with everything he's had coming. Lose his lawsuit against null, be ordered to pay nine million dollaridoos to kiwi farms (a website), forced to register as a vexatious litigant, and, crucially, be banned from all brothels and brothel-related activities from now until the end of time.

A small consolation, he is granted rent-free housing in a hovel with an unremovable demoralizing plaque: Remember, You'll Never Get You Your Penis Sucked.

I've theorized before that if awarded attorney's fees, when evidence comes out Russell's been frequenting brothels for thousands a trip instead of paying Null, Hardin should be able to file an injunction against Russell seeing any prostitutes until Null is paid in full, which might as well be the rest of Russell's life
Schaefer needs to install some tactically positioned security cameras (à la Fishtank) and then hire ASAP Squatter Removal to deal with Russ. If he publishes the resulting video, I will gladly contribute to his legal defense.
I am wondering if the plots will intersect, and maybe ViaTron decides to "settle this out of court" and Schaefer gives them the key to the apartment so they can "evict" Russell for him

Whores? Take note: Russell's pimp hand is stronger than his gimp hand!

These people should also open their own law firm. They could show up to negotiate a settlement with shotguns in tactical gear.

>remove squatters using katana and frag grenade
lmao
You come to your property, expecting it to be free of society's dregs inhabiting it, and instead find police tape all around charred rubble and a bunch of dead bodies.

JJ: "Well, my work here is done. That'll be $125,000. Feel free to take care of that within 3-5 business days."

It would have been easier just to gas them yourself.
