I've always taken it as a resolute certainty in one's position, usually backed up by a solid argument/fact spread, with little fear of the consequences of stating your opinion. The key part of the post is “for people residing outside of the U.S.” CVS hasn’t discontinued supporting H-1Bs, they only stopped filing new H-1Bs for people aren’t currently in the US because otherwise they’d have to pay the $100,000 fee if their entrant is selected and they want to file a full application for them.

The older I get the more I realize how much of this effect permeates all of Asian culture. Appearances are extremely important and should ALWAYS take priority over functionality.
