Will the sun come up tomorrow?

Will the ocean's tides rise and fall in a predictable manner based on the gravitational pull of the moon?

Will a drop of rain landing in the headwaters of a mighty river eventually make its way to the sea?

Will Tranniv somehow manage to be as obnoxious, disgusting, offensive, and utterly lacking in basic human dignity as possible?

As I said a ways back, some of these cows, I don't really want them to suffer any particular misfortune. If I were driving a car and I accidentally tapped Kevin Gibes, I would get out and make sure he was okay. If I were driving a 100-car freight train and I ran over Tranniv, I would back the train all the way up and run over him again just to make sure I got him good.

A lot of cows I feel, no one wants to see them hurt or destitute. I mean, not a single person on the Farms ever wanted to see someone like Cobra die, it was like losing a member of the family that never got invited over for Thanksgiving. There are others that are just awful human beings who deserve nothing good in life. Jon falls into that category. He has no redeeming factors, and cares only about himself and no one and nothing else.

Gibes, is just a disgusting degenerate with warped world views. Him and Jon are spun from the same cloth, just different patterns in my opinion.
 
Most cows hurt themselves far more than they do anyone else - although fam, frens, and first responders do suffer.

But the Yanivs are predators, predators who connive to turn their community's defenses against the community.

Seeing them get away with it leaves everyone else feeling betrayed by society and leaves those directly affected injured in a sad variety of ways.

Swift justice often proves to be unjust.

Slow justice, like we're watching unfold, is surer.

Savor it.

Cows are like tumors. Some are benign, they just kind of exist, soaking up resources and doing their own thing without causing serious damage. they just need to be removed when they soak up too much, or threaten to turn malignant.

Others, like yaniv, are malignant. They are actively malicious, seek to harm others to further their own agenda, and have no compunctions about being sex pests or worse. They should be removed asap.

Why are things like this allowed to exist? Why isn't there a bounty where you literally get paid if you find a thing like this out in the wild and put a bullet in it?

He has no family or friends other than Miriam - everyone hates his guts.

His options appear to be a homeless shelter, a cardboard box, or prison.

Johnny chimps out whenever anyone tells him no, so I'm guessing he makes selling the condo as unpleasant as possible, followed by moving in with Miriam.

Moving in with mama is definitely on the cards. Johnny’s work around on the no under 55 rule at Miriam’s will hinge on the caregiver and children including adult children exceptions. Management will need some solid legal protection orders or trespassing orders in place to prevent him from being on the premises. I fully expect Canada courts to substitute or alter the orders to allow him to live in the building. Rex might also be a problem, depending on the bylaws but if Yaniv has to have him put down he will.

Didn't he already try to move in with Miriam a few months ago and the RCMP showed up? I have a feeling he's not going to be permitted to live there no matter *what* the excuse.

Honestly, the server should have just said "go ahead and charge me too, then." It's highly likely the crown prosecutor would have just dropped her charges knowing that a court hearing would have gone nowhere. I wasn't "trying" to bait JY. I happen to know exactly what kind of person they are and how they were likely to react to seeing me. Personally, I figured JY would start screaming about how I am there to kill them (the murder plot) and/or get right on the phone to 911 (which they basically did). At any rate, there is nothing wrong with wanting someone who has made a life of not only trying to sue anyone in sight, harassing anyone who dares question them, attack reporters and others, keep pictures of people's children's in their phone, being a fucking disgusting predator and the many, many, many other things they have done to finally be held accountable for something!

Please explain how I made it "harder" to get justice... internet troll thing? I posted about a situation that happened to me. Period. It is my story to tell should I want to. And it was very clear to the VPD that I did not "bait" JY. And in order for JY to show anyone the posts here, they would have to give up one of their many, many alias's.

How would you like me to prove it to you? Writing like Jon? A shitty lawsuit against who? I don't care if it sounds authentic to you or not. It is the 100% truth. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of being harassed by JY for the last 3 months, including texts from various numbers, AI videos made of my children about sexual topics, food ordered to my house, false police reports made to Mission Police and Langley Police, having my address doxxed plus more and to tell you the truth I would have done the serve for free. In fact, they will be seeing me again very soon as I have more documents in which to serve them with. Is that enough proof for you?

I'm sympathetic to your situation, I find this guy infuriating too and I've never seen him in person. But you are displaying poor judgement by explaining your thoughts/decisions/actions in this level of detail. No one has to login to see your posts, not sure why you think that is the case or that it would deter Yaniv from attempting to use it against you in some way.

Because courts do not like a-logging and when they see an a-log intentionally trying to get someone in trouble they throw the whole thing out. And then in the future any attempts to get justice have to go through "Is this another dumb internet thing where the 'victim' was the instigator trying to entrap someone?"
