Regardless of whether I'm legally compelled or choose to self-censor by using she/her pronouns for Jonathan Yaniv, I'll also make a point to post a picture of "her" at the same time

Given they're almost conjoined the fact that Miriam started talking about being victimized despite being an unabashed menace tells me that she probably did experience a degree of racism when she was younger and probably groomed Yaniv into adopting an extreme materialistic persecution complex and how to weaponize it (yes, I know they're Jewish), which is why Yaniv decided to troon out. It's a very take everything, leave nothing mentality. They learnt that screaming blue murder about harassment got people to back down and got them what they wanted, so the power made them extremely aggressive, nihilistic and predatory. For Yaniv, having power over people and indulging in his perversions was more important than having mold between his legs. They had a good run, but now they have exhausted their tolerance meter, they become stuck in a self destructive rut. Yaniv used to be able to at least act civilly, but as the misfortune tallis up from people he manipulates not behaving as expected he's on the defensive and started acting more like his mother.

I should point out you did admit you were hoping for a confrontation with Yaniv.

Bear in mind this is not something we are permitted to do or admit to on this site exactly because 'cowtipping', or in normal person speak, provocation of people like Yaniv is counter-productive. They engage in this behavior because they have been taught that they are protected by the system and abuse it - given all the witnesses, Yaniv could have gotten them to charge you had things gone differently. It also risks vindicating their persecution narrative to an ignorant public - Yaniv and Miriam even advertised MeowMix for exactly this reason, despite it containing all the evidence of their foulness you directed the police to.

I understand you were keen to finally punish this grasping pervert but often the worst punishment you can inflict on such people is letting them be themselves.

I'm not buying your story. I hate Jon but nothing about this sounds authentic. To be honest it almost sounds like you're Jon writing a narrative to construct another shitty lawsuit because you hit all the markers for one.
 
If so it would be Yaniv pasting together various AI attempts. He even copypasta'd his marriage proposal to super [e] troll catfish "Sara."

There really was someone who had her coffee shoved on her by "a woman and her daughter" in the courthouse on the morning before Yaniv's hearing, and attempted to make a police complaint.

If it's this person, I don't know. But I have heard from multiple persons that this did happen.

I would know since i paid for the service. It was in the hallways of the court (not in chambers) and was witnessed by about 30 people. There are cameras all over the place in there. I should be obtaining the affidavit of service today, it will contain the details there.
 
What does he even think refusing service does for him? It's toddler drama and just delays getting to know what's to be done when. With all his non-law school "legal" studies and alleged time working as a process server, how can The Fugly not get that?

That was my point. I know it happened, but the rest of what the user wrote seems really off, almost like fanfic. But life can be stranger than fiction.

There was considerable overshare, and the self own on premeditation and the confession about intent doesn’t seem consistent with anyone who is operating in legal adjacent spaces such as process service. It’s a gift basket for Yaniv. God knows he could use one.

I've known some DAMN unprofessional process servers in my time. All you really need to be one is the willingness to serve paper on someone. I've done it myself as a favour on behalf of someone scared to serve their ex-boyfriend. I don't find this person's story too unbelievable at all, nor do I worry that Traniv reads here. We far exceed his hurtful truth tolerance limit.
