Has anyone thought about what we're going to do when Tarl dies and this goes into Lolcows of History? Will we continue to shit on him years later like Lowtax, or slowly just get used to him (and the thread of the year) being gone.

I vote Lowtax. Nothing of value will be lost.

If I had to guess if anything it'll be a slap on the wrist and the judge will ask that she doesn't beat up any pirates for a while. Some judge on the bench is going to see this as nothing more but stupid hick shit and tell Nikki to stay out of trouble after continuing the case NO LESS than 50 times. Probation for a few months at most if they don't toss it out on it's ass immediately.

As for Tarl's civil suit...

I think there is an "L. Daniel Walsh" being confused with "Daniel Louis Walsh" causing some of the miners to confuse the two, the L. Daniel Walsh is a DirecTV exec.
I dont know what Nikki's pop did for a living, but I think he owns the house flat out. I think the area de-gentrified into a severe nigger neighborhood to expenses would be next to nothing.

The cops won't want to get out of the car again, so they'll "decide" for the dixinhander clan. Nikki will be welcomed to die in her car.

The one upside is she might get out of jail without additional charges.

Impossible to know which way this goes yet without knowing the facts of the case or what her side of the story is (true or not), whether she spoke with the cops before getting a lawyer and her own legal history. If she made no contradicting statements to the police and claims "he went after me first" and has no history of domestic violence on her end she might get out of it given his own history. If she told the cops she hit him because he's an asshole who was waking her up on purpose she probably isn't getting off scot-free.

The Walsh house has two overgrown trees in front. I think the Grand Marquis is Daniels, 1998-2002 is a guess. We had a whole long Ford Panther Platform discussion forking off of Sam's Toyota Avalon. The google maps pin is off.
