I'm guessing he saw her sleeping, didn't like it much, shook her shoulder, She had just been at work, and she just pop shot the fucker in the snot locker. Tooth was incidental.
Her last message was her pretty much being done with his shit.

But that could just be abuse fanfic, Tarl just wants the glamour shot here.

Tarl woke Nikki up again, she slapped him.. he then waited for her to go to work to call the cops on her. He got on here right after he called it in to gloat. She may or may not have been arrested at work, per the Rutland Criminal Court clerk she had no arraignment scheduled as of 4pm EST (or EDT I don't timezone). I don't know how common RoR is in Rutland, but if she catches bail I'm sure someone will post it thru a reputable bail bondsman in Rutland.

(Part of this is true, the embellishments I believe are also true, but I can't prove them)

Keep in mind that Nikki is in jail right now based on Tarl's yarn of events. We have not heard her side of the story yet. I can't wait to hear what she has to say.

What do you think the odds are that the prosecutor takes one look at the case, see's Tarl's name and drops the whole thing immediately. Hell, can the cops even take it that far?

Its an antagonistic tactic. He either really really really needed her awake and doing a chore for him or he really really really needed to prompt the exact response he got out of her.

In her Journaling we saw him ramping up his torment of her. He wanted her out but couldn't just toss her shit.

Imagine tard coming here trying to convince the Farms that he is the victim here. We all know she felt fucked over and she was pulling her weight and his. She was buying the booze, beer, food, weed, and ubering him around and paying rent while keeping a job down to do it all. Nikki had just intimated here on the Farms Tard was being a complete fucker in the morning talking to cats, dancing, making noises, talking loud after she worked all day. He knows she cant be tossed due to her not being squatter, so he pisses her off in the morning, she half awake slaps him, Tard being a frail spaghetti-armed tyrannosaurus-rex-armed weak bitch actually takes a bit of damage from a chick hit. He then waits for her to leave, squeezed out some leg cut blood on a napkin, and goes to twitter and the farms and wherever else with his concocted "evidence"
What he doesnt know is Nikki has the real version of this story - and it clear by him parading his version he is trying to get out in front. Huge mistake. If he had a lawyer, he would have been told that putting on an evidence show is a huge mistake. He thinks convincing the world is important. It isnt. I think Nikki can, even if she gets a PD, flip this back on Tard easy. She was smart enough to keep her mouth shut.

@AnOminous I know you aren't a fan of BPD whores, but as a very intelligent law adjacent Kiwi, what are Nikki's chances here, considering Tarl's history of domestic abuse? How do you see this playing out?
